Due to its proximity, and connection through the KTM to Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Kuala Lumpur International Airport, it is a rapidly growing town. Development projects can be seen as one drives around Nilai. Some of Malaysia's most well-known colleges and two universities are located in Nilai: Nilai University, INTI International University, Manipal International University, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia and Islamic University College of Malaysia. 1. Sepang International Circuit Sepang
The Sepang International Circuit is a motorsport race track in Sepang, Selangor, Malaysia. It is located approximately 45 km south of Kuala Lumpur, and close to Kuala Lumpur International Airport. It hosted the Formula One Malaysian Grand Prix between 1999 and 2017, and is also the venue for the Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix, the Malaysia Merdeka Endurance Race and other major motorsport events.

2. Putra Mosque Putrajaya
The Putra Mosque is the principal mosque of Putrajaya, Malaysia. Construction of the mosque began in 1997 and was completed two years later. It is located next to the Perdana Putra, which houses the Malaysian Prime Minister's office and man-made Putrajaya Lake. In front of the mosque is a large square with flagpoles flying Malaysian states' flags. The pink-domed Putra Mosque is constructed with rose-tinted granite and consists of three main functional areas – the prayer hall, the Sahn, or courtyard, and various learning facilities and function rooms. The mosque can accommodate 15,000 worshippers at any one time.

4. Chin Swee Cave Temple Genting Highlands
The Chin Swee Caves Temple is a Taoist temple in Genting Highlands, Pahang, Malaysia. The Chin Swee Caves Temple is situated in the most scenic site of Genting Highlands. Within the Temple is seated a statue of Qingshui, a Buddhist monk who has long been referred to as a deity in Fujian province, China for his supernatural abilities to summon rain and drive away evil spirits. The Temple attracts many local and foreign devotees from Singapore, Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand,Kenya and China. The Chin Swee Caves Temple is situated on a 28-acre plot of rocky forested land donated by Genting Group founder the late Tan Sri Dato’ Seri Lim Goh Tong. Located 4,600 feet above sea level, the Temple is about 5–10 minutes’ drive down from the peak of the mountain.

The town's administration is run by the Seremban Municipal Council also known as Majlis Perbandaran Seremban. On 9 September 2009, Seremban was to be declared as a city, however it was later deferred due to technical reasons. Nilai 3 wholesale center is undoubtedly a one-stop destination of wholesale, tourist and shopping paradise that offers a wide variety of goods and items at very attractive and competitive prices. Especially its located in Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia where very rare having this kind of concept.

In judging from its sheer size — 165ha — It is currently still holds the record as the country's largest wholesale center even though there are some areas try to establish same concept. It is not easy to emerge as such and success like Nilai-3, Malaysia. Apparently, hard work from the management and state government linkage is crucial. They have done a great job on this.

When we visited this place last year, 2007 it still have some free lands to be developed in future. Recently, the developer just completed some rows of shop named Istanabul near the first entrance junction. Roughly about 40 newly built shops there. This is an additional good news for tourist. After completed these shops, size of the unoccupied land is reduced by some portion. We do believe in the near future there will be some more shops to be build by developer. This is to cope with the people coming to this place especially weekends and public holidays.

Short history of this famous place in Negeri Sembilan :

The centre was initially set up in December 2001 to promote goods from China. At that time, China market just opened to the world. It then, evolved to what it is now; aimed at drawing visitors particularly city and town folks of KL and Seremban to come and experience shopping in the outskirts. Not forgetting, during weekends and public holiday this place is crowded with people who are coming by bus from all states. It is a fast gaining popular warehouse shopping center.

The majority of shops comprise textile dealers selling merchandise at wholesale prices. Among the goods include furniture, car accessories, carpets, garden equipment, bags, luggage, sexy dressing, ladies accessories and others. Lately, NGV installer also set up there. Undeniably, it will give visitor convenience to do some NGV servicing or Installing works while family members can shop around. Fantastic concept!

If you drive to the place, look out for signages. They are a lot of sign boards displayed at the main road when you are closed to this area. You should check out this area and you might end up with a good bargain!
