Він - один з найбагатших міністрів часів Януковича, що після Революції втік за кордон. Він мав купу кримінальних проваджень, і був винен країні податків на мільярд. Сьогодні ж більшість справ «вдало» завершені ГПУ і САП, а він будує нову імперію в Україні. І, схоже, готує ефектне повернення.
