Parabelsky District is an administrative and municipal district , one of the sixteen in Tomsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the northern, central, and southwestern parts of the oblast. The area of the district is 35,846.69 square kilometers . Its administrative center is the rural locality of Parabel. Population: 12,595 ; 13,533 ; 16,033 . The population of Parabel accounts for 48.4% of the district's total population.
