The Pelagonia Statistical Region is one of eight statistical regions of the Republic of Macedonia. It is located in southwestern part of the country along the eponymous plain. It borders Greece and Albania. Internally, it borders the Southwestern and Vardar statistical regions.

    The Old Bazaar in Gjakova/Đakovica is the oldest bazaar in Metohija (also known as Çarshia e Madhe or Dakovica. Mëhalla e Hadumit, the historical neighborhood where it is located also houses the city's oldest mosque, the Hadum Mosque , which dates from the 15th century. The Grand Bazaar was the heart of the economy in Gjakova, a city of trade and merchandise which served the villages around the municipality of Gjakova, the Junik zone and Gjakova’s highlands on the border between Kosovo and Albania. The Old Bazaar was burnt and destroyed and then it was reconstructed after suffering damage during the 1999 war .   • 6. Mound to the Unbeaten Prilep
    Mound of the Unbeaten is a World War II memorial in the Park of the Revolution, Prilep, Republic of Macedonia. The monument and memorial complex were built in 1961 in honor to the martyrs and fallen fighters of the People's Liberation Struggle in Macedonia. Author of the memorial complex is Serbian architect Bogdan Bogdanović. The complex consists of memorial Urns and the common graves of fallen soldiers. Urns are constructed from marble, and reminiscent of the antique urns. Biggest urn in complex has the symbol of the eternal flame at the top, which is symbol of Macedonian people's struggle for freedom.   • 11. Markovi Kuli (Marko's Towers) Prilep
    Markovi Kuli or Marko's Towers are situated to the northwest of Prilep, Macedonia just above the village of Varoš. The towers named after Serbian medieval Prince Marko Mrnjavčević are located on a 120–180 m high hill, surrounded by steep slopes covered with minute granite stones. The upper part of the former settlement can be reached from its north and south side. During the four-decade archaeological research, remnants indicating the existence of an early antique settlement — Keramija, were found. In the Roman period, this small village expanded into the southwest, a fact suggested by the several marble ornaments of an early Christian basilica.   • 12. River Drim Struga
    The Black Drin, or Black Drim is a river in the Republic of Macedonia and Albania. It flows out of Lake Ohrid in Struga, Macedonia. After about 56 km it crosses the border to Albania, west of Debar, Macedonia. It merges with the White Drin in Kukës to form the Drin, which flows into the Adriatic Sea. It drains most of the eastern border region of Albania.

  • 13. Makedonium monument Krusevo
    Ilinden, also known as Makedonium , is a monument in Kruševo, Republic of Macedonia. It was officially opened on August 2 of 1974, on the 30th anniversary of the Second Session of the Anti-fascist Assembly for the National Liberation of Macedonia and the 71st anniversary of Ilinden uprising. The designers of the monument are Jordan Grabuloski and Iskra Grabuloska. It is dedicated to all the fighters and revolutionaries who participated in the Ilinden uprising of 1903, as well as soldiers-partisans of the Macedonia National Liberation Struggle 1941-1944.
