Permsky District is an administrative district , one of the thirty-three in Perm Krai, Russia. Within the framework of municipal divisions, it is incorporated as Permsky Municipal District. It is located in the southern central part of the krai. The area of the district is 3,753 square kilometers . Its administrative center is the city of Perm . Population: 103,444 ; 91,676 ; 90,297 .
