Plumlov is a town in the Olomouc Region, Czech Republic. Plumlov is the site of a castle which was personally designed by Prince Karl Eusebius of Liechtenstein, an avid devotee to the art of building. Known then as Plumenau Castle, it was intended as a jewel of Baroque architecture. The castle was confiscated from its owners in 1931. It is now in the possession of the local government in Plumlov, which is attempting to restore the building to its original voluptuous forms of the Bohemian baroque, but this work has met with acute financial shortcomings.

    The Moravian Karst is a karst landscape and protected nature reserve to the north of Brno in the eastern part of the Czech Republic, located near the town of Blansko. It encompasses a number of notable geological features, including roughly 1100 caverns and gorges and covers an area of roughly 92 km². Currently, five of the cave systems , Býčí skála Cave and Stránská skála are open for public tours and exploration.
