1. Vlasina Lake Surdulica
Vlasina Lake is a semi-artificial lake in Southeast Serbia. Lying at an altitude of 1,211 metres , with an area of 16 square kilometres , it is the highest and largest artificial lake in Serbia. It was created in 1947–51 when the peat bog Vlasinsko blato was closed off by a dam and submerged by the waters of incoming rivers, chiefly the Vlasina.

Dvoboj za juznu prugu kroz klisuru Svrljiskog Timoka - Battle for the Railway

Video predstavlja isecke iz filma Dvoboj za juznu prugu, snimljen 1978. godine na vise lokaliteta u juznoj i istocnoj Srbiji. Spojeni su kadrovi koji su snimljeni na relaciji Podvis - Nisevac, kroz prelepu klisuru Svrljiskog Timoka. Na pocetku filma je pogled sa Nisevackih Kula i sa nje na Ropalj i dalje ka selu Varos pa u krug na Bogdanicu i stari rimski put. Potom prolazak voza kroz Nisevacki deo klisure i preko mosta kod sela Palilula. Zatim ulazak voza u klisuru iz pravca Podvisa gde se odvija bitka za zauzimanje voza i njegovo putovanje korz klisuru ka selu Nisevac. Onda sledi dolazak Nemaca na mesto bitke i streljanje zarobljenih. Radnja se desava na mestu nekadasnjeg rudnika kamenog uglja Podvis. Na 11:19 je deo filma koji je snimljen u klisuri reke Jerme i manastiru Poganovo, ali zbog lepote predela nije isecen. Na kraju nemacki bojni vozovi opet prolaze kroz nisevacki i druge delove klisure i ponovo bivaju napadnuti.

Video represent clips from the movie Battle for the railway, filmed in 1978 at several sites in southern and eastern Serbia. There are only frames that were recorded between Podvis - Nisevac through a beautiful Svrljiški Timok gorge. At the beginning of the film is the view from the Nisevac tower then on Ropalj mountain, continueed to village Varos and Bogdanica mountain and the old Roman road. After, the passage of the train through Nisevac part of the gorge and over the bridge near the village Palilula. Then, train enters the gorge from the direction of village Podvis where battle took place to take the train and its journey through gorge to the village Nisevac. Then arrival of the Germans in place of battles and executions of captured. The action takes place at the site of a former coal mine Podvis. At 11:19 is part of the movie that was filmed in the gorge of Jerma and monasteries Poganovo, but because of the beauty of the landscape, weren't cut out. At the end, German military trains again going through Nisevac and other parts of the gorge, and being attacked again.
