Ramboda is a village in Sri Lanka. It is located within Central Province. The Wavenden Estate in Ramboda is the birthplace of British Admiral of the Fleet Lord Fisher.The Ramboda Road Tunnel is currently the longest road tunnel in Sri Lanka and is situated on the A5 highway , close to Ramboda falls. It is 225 m long, 7 m wide and 5.6 m high. Construction of the tunnel commenced in 2006 and opened in February 2008.
