Rothenburg ob der Tauber in Bavaria, Germany, is so quaint and beautiful that it was Walt Disney's inspiration for the village in his movie, Pinocchio. On our tour of Rothenburg Germany, we found a darker side of this medieval town in its Criminal Museum, but our visit still managed to put us in the holiday spirit after visiting the traditional Christmas Market in the midst of a lovely winter snow!
