Brazil chef Manu Buffara's Manu restaurant in Curitiba is the Miele One To Watch
Manu, the restaurant run by chef Manoella 'Manu' Buffara in Curitiba, southern Brazil, is the latest winner of the Miele One To Watch Award for Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants 2018. Manu celebrates the diverse natural resources of Paraná and the surrounding states, using produce from its urban garden project to create beautifully presented contemporary dishes curated by the harvest.
Chef Buffara will collect the Miele One To Watch Award at the sixth annual Latin America's 50 Best Restaurants ceremony in Bogotá, Colombia, on Tuesday 30th October, when the 2018 list will also be unveiled.
