2. Money - get physical cash out or die.
3. Food - It really is one of the best things about Japan.
4. Weather - It's seasons are very pleasant.
5. Opportunity - You can achieve anything.
6. People - They are not as nice as you would think.
7. Lifestyle - You can do anything and be who you want to be.
8. Traveling out/in - Great base for world travel.
9. Visas - It's a hassle but it's cheap, you'll get one.
10. Housing - A good variety but get your own apartment for sure.
