Directly next to the kite capital of China in Weifang, lies Shouguang, the vegetable capital of China. In Shouguang one can find almost any vegetable of any kind that is grown in China. The newest advances in modern agriculture technology and experimentation are also researched here. Shouguang is truly a hidden treasure, filled with statues made of vegetables and beautiful displays of nutritious colors.
