Sprang-Capelle is a former municipality in the North Brabant province of the Netherlands. It was formed in 1923 as a merger of the municipalities of Sprang, Vrijhoeve-Capelle and 's Grevelduin-Capelle. Therefore Sprang-Capelle consists of three villages: 's Grevelduin-Capelle, Vrijhoeve-Capelle and Sprang. In 1997 the municipality of Sprang-Capelle was added to the municipality of Waalwijk. The amusement park Efteling is located in the neighbourhood of Sprang-Capelle.

1. Keukenhof Lisse
Keukenhof , also known as the Garden of Europe, is one of the world's largest flower gardens, situated in Lisse, South Holland, Netherlands. According to the official website for the Keukenhof Park, approximately 7 million flower bulbs are planted annually in the park, which covers an area of 32 hectares .Keukenhof is located in South Holland, south of Haarlem and southwest of Amsterdam. It is accessible by bus from the train stations of Haarlem, Leiden and Schiphol. It is located in an area called the Dune and Bulb Region . Keukenhof is open annually from mid-March to mid-May. The best time to view the tulips is around mid-April, depending on the weather.

ALKMAAR the city where you can get no sleep..

In Alkmaar gaan de klokken de hele nacht door!! Na een slechte nacht met weinig slaap vonden we gelukkig een leuk koffietentje (Anne&Max - Kraanbuurt 3) waar we heerlijk hebben ontbeten. Daarna hebben we nog een kort rondje door de stad gelopen...

Dit dus...
Het automatisch spelen van de klokken om de tijd aan te kondigen is al traditie in Alkmaar sinds er klokken op de torens hangen. Het carillon speelt het hele etmaal rond elk kwartier met een daarbij behorende melodie. Ook in de nacht moest men kunnen horen hoe laat het was.
