The name of the restaurant is TAMURA KANMIYA CAFE It’s located right at Omiya Station in Saitama. Just go in through the west exit and down the escalator.
The menu is a mix of light, small dishes and a lot of desserts. Many of the set items comes with ice cream or a Japanese style confections. The menu offers a wide range of noodles called kishimen, a type of wheat noodle. Also the recipe and taste will change depending on the season. For dishes containing rice, there are also 4 dishes that contain rice, including red beans and crab meat. Theres Chinese style steam buns and dumplings, as well as gyoza too. For dessert, lots of ice cream, pudding and Japanese style sweets as well.
Now that you know what you want to eat its time to order. You can sit at a table against the wall, but the real fun comes from sitting at the table. A giant waterway runs through the entire counter, where about 15-20 people can sit and enjoy their meal. Little jets push the water around in a circular track, even though customers don't see the part that goes into the kitchen. So how does it work? Well, when you sit down at the counter, your seat has a number. You give your order to the wait staff, and when your order is ready the number lights up, and the food comes down the waterway! Each tray on the waterway also has a little numbered flag, incase 2 people or more order the exact same thing.

I went on a tour at Shushinkan Brewery, had sake tasting of Fukuju sake and learned about the process of sake brewing!
Kobe's Nada district is the top sake producing region in Japan! Nada is home to a number of sake breweries, and many of them offer great interactive tours and tastings. Plus, February/March is Shinshu (新酒) or New Sake season, making it a great time to visit the breweries!
The Kobe Shushinkan 神戶酒心館 brewery, and its brand Fukuju 福寿, is one of the more recognizable producers of the famed Nada 灘 region of Hyogo prefecture. They’ve been family-owned for an impressive 13 generations.
