VIPTV - Tropical Fish Farm
Tropical Fish Miami aims to be the premiere destination for all freshwater fish tank and pond needs in South Florida and beyond. Neighborhood Fish Farm is a locally owned family business that began over 40 years ago. In 1971, we set out to be the ultimate fresh water habitat and supplier. We adopted the credo ‘Like Nowhere Else on Earth’ after we were told so many times how special our fish farm was.
Being located in sunny Miami, Florida, we have the unique opportunity to both breed and raise a diverse selection of tropical fresh water fish as well as import them from all over the Americas and the World and display them in an environment that allows them to thrive with plenty of space.
We invite you to visit us at the farm and experience Tropical Fish Miami for yourself. We are open every day, Monday-Friday from 12pm-6pm, and Saturday-Sunday from 10am-6pm, and welcome you to have our friendly and knowledgeable bi-lingual staff here assist you. If you are not in the South Florida area, we invite you to visit while on your next trip through the Sunshine State.

Where do Aquarium Fish & Aquatic Plants Come From in The Wild? Out Of Florida's Blue Springs.
Under Water P.O.V - Collecting Wild & Invasive Aquarium Fish & Aquatic Plants in Florida. This is rare footage of some of the amazingly beautiful fish living in central florida. From tampa up to Ocala there are hundreds of species of fish. From mosquito fish and guppies to sword tails, mollys and cichlids. From there, the issue gets much bigger, with animals like the red tail catfish, massive turtles, pythons, snakes and monster fish running loose all over florida. While even more fish run wild in Dade county and in Miami, these fish are being found farther and farther north, with pleco and oscars being found all throught the gulf of mexico now.
We also will explore where some of the most beautiful native species to america come from at the same time, and see alligator gar, blue carp, bowfins, sunsfish, pygmy sunfish, killiefish and many sportsman or game fish such as perch, bass and crappie all through out the wild regions of florida. We will also answer what happens to fish that are let go in the wild, where are aquarium fish caught, where are fish farmed in the united states, and more than anything, we will just have a fun and interesting time checking out the beautiful blue waters and tranquil rivers of crystal springs, silver springs, alexander springs, rainbow springs, salt springs and juniper springs, among others where we either boated or kayaked.
This trip was also a great one for finding inspiration in aquascaping, sunken forests, tropical climates and flooded forest regions. I was able to spot a ton of plants which are common in the pet and fish tank world, from cabomba, to valisaneria, corkscrew val, crypocorynes, eel grass, hydrocottle, cypress helferi, ludwigia, rotala, and saddly lots of algae in some regions along the rivers, which are also home to the recently endangered Manatee.

Fishing Small Swimbaits in Canals
In this crazy vlog, we are fishing in Florida and got the opportunity to go skydiving with the United States Army Golden Knights. They have a strict no jump rule when the winds are in excess of 20mph, so we had to stay on the ground for this trip. Since we couldn't go skydiving, we decided to go pond fishing for bass and ended up driving all over Miami and Ft. Lauderdale to find some bass fishing ponds. I ended up catching some largemouth bass throwing small swimbaits around the grass. To my shock, I even caught a nice peacock bass while reeling my swimbait just on the surface. At the end of this vlog, we are joined by my friends BlacktipH for more pond bass fishing, and then me and Blacktip will be heading to saltwater to go after sharks and other big saltwater fish.
