One of the most scenic and beautiful flights in the Cape Town area!
Take off is at Sir Lowry, all along the mountains to the end of the valley, hop into Jonkershoek Valley, cross the valley and hop into the Franschoek Valley, cross the valley. From there it either becomes a flatland flight or you carry on along the mountain range and go North.
In winter, the steep mountains are littered with gorgeous waterfalls. Sadly on my previous flights I left the gopro behind.
