Le Jardin des Tuileries. April in Paris, chestnuts in blossom, time for new starts.
Ah, April in Paris. There is even a song about it, right? While Paris is starting to recover from winter in March, it truly begins to shine in April. Everything is green or in bloom and everyone’s in a good mood despite the chilly weather. A photographer's dream... It’s one of my favorite spots to relax amongst the hustle and bustle of the 1st arrondissement, too! Spring is one of the best times to visit the garden as the tulips and the beautiful trees are in full flower, and the colors are simply stunning! ! Great street style examples too....1:35, leopard print pants and a camel coat, a gray light coat, sunglasses and a pink headband, the most suitable attire for the weather. Trench coats are also very popular this time of the year, 5:58. Another great outfit at 9:07, capris pants, a camel coat, white sneakers and a leopard print scarf, of course. For those of you traveling to Paris, don't forget to pack a warm coat, a wool scarf and an umbrella. This is am amazing time to enjoy Paris. April in Paris, this is a feeling that no one can ever reprise...

Paris | April 2018
Hey Guys,
So, we went to Paris at the beginning of April 2018 (spring hadn’t quite yet sprung) and I’ve put together a few clips from our trip so if you’re planning to go to Paris, this might give you a bit of a feel for the sights! I hope you enjoy...
We stayed at the Wilson Opera Hotel, the staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to help you so I would recommend, it was also in a good location.
There’s lots of walking so comfy shoes are a must (Don’t do what I did and wear new trainers and get a blister :P)
We arrived Saturday afternoon and just done some exploring close by, we saw a beautiful cathedral near our hotel and on Saturday night, we walked up to the Moulin rouge just to see all the pretty lights.
On Sunday, we went to is the Notre Dame. As you can see, the queue to get into the Cathedral was huuuge! (It looked like there were several queues, but nope, it was just one long snake of a queue!) Inside it was beautiful, but very, very busy.
We then went to queue to climb up to the top and just before we got to the front they stopped letting people in because it was fully booked (this was early lunchtime!) but it was Easter Sunday so that could be the reason but it’s probably best to book if you realy want to go up there.
We went to the Louvre Museum on a Monday, we took the metro train and got off at Carrousel du Louvre, then queued up in the shopping centre, the queue looked long but it went down quick (shorter queue than the bigger one outside!)
The museum is enormous and there’s no way you will see it all in one day, let alone a few hours, but we saw the Mona Lisa which was cool, but don’t expect a tranquil environment, because it’s anything but. When you walk into the room where the Mona Lisa is, the humidity hits you and it’s very crowded, not great for claustrophobes
From the Louvre, we walked along the river to the Eiffel Tower, which was amazing to see, it’s nice just sitting on the grass area nearby just to take it in. We then across the road up the hill to where you will see crowds of people taking photos of it, the view is great!
We then walked from the Eiffel Tower to see the Arc de Triumph. We went underground to see how big the queue was and after standing in it for 5 minutes for it to go down about 2metres, we gave up with that and walked home.
We done the Louvre, Eiffel and Arc in one day and it’s safe to say that by the end of the day I was exhausted, I had a little cry and had to order Pizza because I was so tired (LOL!) My iPhone tells me I done 28,500 steps that day :O
In between the sights we went shopping and we found a cool streetwear shopping park which wicked as we do love our trainers and sportswear. It was really retro and reminded me of my childhood (I’m a 90’s kid) which was much more fun than going to the designer shops!
Anyway, I hope this was useful and if you’re going to Paris soon, have fun! I already want to go back…

DAY TRIP TO PARIS ❤️ London To Paris Tour | Eurostar Train Travel Vlog | KLOOK
Go big! We took a London to Paris day trip tour on the Eurostar train and back in one day and loved it! Using the Klook app we booked...⬇ More Below ⬇
Until a week ago Stace had never even been to France, yet here we are back in London and trying to plan some travel, and Paris comes up. So we thought it's best to go big or go home! We found a site called Klook, spotted a London to Paris day trip tour and prepared for a big day of travel.
The Eurostar train is super easy, but the prices fluctuate and it can get crazy expensive! Fortunately Klook secures a crazy cheap cost, comes with a full day tour of Paris, a local guide, lunch & champagne, reserved seats on the Eurostar AND helps you beat all of the lines at the main attractions like the Eiffel Tower by going into the fast track lanes. We were sold.
Everything went super smooth, Paris is stunning, the Eurostar is so quick and comfortable and we ended up having the most amazing day going from London to Paris in one day. If you're trying to find a day trip to Paris from London, definitely check out this trip —
So is it worth going from London to Paris on one day only? Honestly we feel like yes! Paris has a lot more to offer than a day trip would allow, but if you don't want to waste hours flying, only have a few days available and want to get there easily with a guide or just want to take an incredible travel day as a taster - do it! We loved it.
Klook offers a lot more than day trips, check them out here —
