Phelan Segur is a stately Chateaux surrounded by lush vineyards. It is the largest vineyard in Bordeaux.
Chateaux Climens produces biodynamic wines, which means a holistic, homeopathic manner of farming that, also includes viticulture. It is the oldest, anti-chemical agricultural movement that predates the creation of organic farming by about twenty years.

Discover France's Regions - Best of Charolais, Normandy and Gascony
A journey through three French regions with their typical specialities.
From our playlist Culinary Journeys:
00:00 The charolais in Burgundy is famous for its beef breed, but being a part of Burgundy it is full of traditional French specialities, like the Charolais cattle, that are well-known for their flavor and tender texture.
03:15 When travelling through the Normandy, don't forget to taste camembert. Dairy products are such an integral part of the region that even the towns carry the names of famous cheeses. In the Pays d’Auge, apples grow in abundance and are used to make delicacies like sparkling apple wine, cider, and calvados.
06:48 The market of Peyrehorade in Gascony is popular for its pig’s trotters, already available for breakfast at 7 am. Here in the southwest of France every village has its bullfighting arena, a place where acrobatic and non-violent performances with cows are celebrated, known as Course Landaise.
