Cake Boss. Carlo's Bakery in Dallas.
NJ, NY Managed IT Services: Case Study - Carlo's Bakery
Visit Exigent Technologies at:
Carlo's Bakery master baker and national reality show celebrity Buddy Valastro has built his reputation and baking empire on a family tradition of creating the best-tasting, highest-quality wedding cakes, specialty cakes and baked goods in New Jersey.
So when the time came to expand the business to include a 30,000+ square-foot, state-of-the-art cake factory, and say arrivederci! to its old-school back-office operations, Valastro and his family knew a cookie-cutter IT solution provider wasn't going to work. We built a first-class facility, laid the network cables, had our telephony solution ready—but we were missing that core IT infrastructure that brings it all together and needed help, explains Leo Minervini, the company's VP of technology. Fortunately for Minervini, the help he was looking for was already knocking on his door, leaving him voicemails and now sitting on his desk.

Our Dance to meet the Cake Boss
When our annual Dance Competition got moved from CT to the NY/NJ area we realized we were only about 45 mins from Hoboken NJ. That's when we decided it would be fun to go before the competition on a field trip to Carlo's Bakery because we are ALL HUGE Cake Boss Fans :) that and we wanted to try some of the Bakery's tasty treats.
Shortly there after we thought of how awesome it would be to choreograph a routine just for Buddy to get his attention, in the hopes of being able to meet him when we visit.
So... Here's to hoping!

Even if we could just stop global emissions tomorrow on a dime, Fort Lauderdale, Miami Gardens, Hoboken, New Jersey will be under sea level, Strauss was quoted by The Guardian as saying. Hundreds of American cities are already locked into watery futures and we are growing that group very rapidly. We are locking in hundreds more as we continue to emit carbon into the atmosphere.

Cake decorating
Cake decorating is one of the sugar arts that uses icing or frosting and other edible decorative elements to make plain cakes more visually interesting. Alternatively, cakes can be molded and sculpted to resemble three-dimensional persons, places and things.
Cakes are decorated to mark a special celebration. They can also mark national or religious holidays, or be used to promote commercial enterprises. However, cakes may be baked and decorated for almost any social occasion.
