Since 2008, Chase Distillery have harnessed ingenuity and innovation to create game-changing vodkas, gins and liqueurs at England's first single estate distillery, becoming almost synonymous with British provenance, terroir and class.
We took a trip with our friends, BarChick, to meet James, son of founder William Chase and Marketing Director for the brand to talk about how him and his father created a globally renowned brand from potatoes that were too small to use for their first brand, Tyrell's Crisps.

Why Chase? Well, our family has a passion for farming and unlike most, we distill from field to bottle. Chase GB Gin is crafted by copper stilling Chase Potato vodka with juniper ( the buds and berries ) alongside ten wild botanicals to create the driest gin imaginable.
