REVIEW Alligator Air Boat Tours Everglades Miami Florida - HD VIDEO
The Everglades are a natural region of tropical wetlands in the southern portion of the U.S. state of Florida, comprising the southern half of a large watershed.
The system begins near Orlando with the Kissimmee River, which discharges into the vast but shallow Lake Okeechobee. Water leaving the lake in the wet season forms a slow-moving river 60 miles wide and over 100 miles long, flowing southward across a limestone shelf to Florida Bay at the southern end of the state.
The Everglades are shaped by water and fire, experiencing frequent flooding in the wet season and drought in the dry season.

Gray Line Orlando Swim Where the Manatees Live
Manatees are gentle giants and an endangered species. Once a week we head to the Crystal River the only place in Florida where it is legal to actively engage the manatees. We take a boat ride our with experienced captains to see if we can locate these wild animals, if so we snorkel carefully alongside them. In the afternoon we visit Homosassa State Park where manatees can be viewed in their underwater chambers. An inspiring experience, only in Florida!
