Welcome to My Life. If you like me vlogging let me know, I may do it more :)
So much happened on this trip but I enjoyed every minute of it. Such a beautiful place and so much experience. I would love to do a documentary on the City of Milan; the Culture, their views, facism, the historical statues, the people, homelessness and really get into the root issues. I guess I will start in London.
I plan to travel a lot more so I may just vlog my travels and take you guys with me :)
I'd appreciate your support. Give it a cheeky share :)

Exploring Milan, Italy
Isa met up with her friend Gaby for a quick weekend trip to Milan, Italy. Isa took the new camera to test out her vlogging skills. Tell her how she did in the comments below!
This was filmed over three days (including the flight) in early September 2015. They ate lots of food, toured Il Duomo, and saw all the sites.

A Black Traveler’s Guide to MILAN
Milan! Yes this place feels so good. Only thing I couldn’t quite figure out: What’s up with all the testicle-related art good luck charms / art? But for real, when you open yourself up fully to a place you can’t help but find good people and good times. We ate plates of fettuccine and polenta (props to the Trattoria Sabbioneda) , hung out at the mother of all malls (Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II) and ran into a crew from Cameroon who invited us to party with them. Round that out with some free hugs and you’ve got an incredible visit. Arrivederci Milano!
Just 12 Hours in Milan, Italy
Watch as we get mesmerized by the Duomo, spin on bull's balls in the Galleria, and eat some amazing food at Luini's and Nerino Dieci.
This is the final video of our ten-day road-trip/train-trip through Switzerland and Italy. We took the train in from Florence in the morning and spent the afternoon exploring Milan, and then flew back to New York early the next morning. Click here to watch the entire trip from the beginning:
So here's the story about spinning on the bull's balls in the Galleria: Apparently, Giuseppe Mengoni, who designed and built the Galleria, fell from the scaffolding and died just a few weeks before it opened. The bull's balls supposedly mark the spot where he fell, and spinning backwards three times is a superstitious tradition to ensure the same fate doesn't happen to us. Crazy, huh?

►More information:
Sforza Castle was built in the 15th century by Francesco Sforza, Duke of Milan, on the remains of a 14th-century fortification.
Walking distance, you'll find this beautiful, newly designed and built district, with a dedicated metro stop called 3 torri.
The district is called CityLife: it's a residential, commercial and business district close the old city centre of Milan. It has an area of 36.6 hectares.
The development is financed by Generali Group, designed by famous architects Zaha Hadid, Arata Isozaki and Daniel Libeskind.
The Straight One also know as Allianz Tower, The Twisted One also known as Generali Tower and The Curved One which is being built as we speak.
Walking distance again is the the Parco Industriale Alfa Romeo Portello. A 370.000 square meter park in the heart of Milan. Important features are the 2 main little hills.
Go to the Bosco Verticale. 2 Towers built in 2014 by Boeri Studio with a height of 111 metres and 76 metres and contain more than 900 trees on 8,900 square metres of terraces.
Literally next to the bosco verticale are the Italian Google Head Quarters if you're interested. I'd recommend a mini stop here since it's a very beautiful area.
5 minute walking distance is the Uni Credit Tower, another masterpiece of modern architecture located in the most advanced and businessy district of Milan.
Go for Aperitivo at theNavigli near Porta Ticinese! It's a sort of Venice in Milan with water canals and beautiful little houses.
Not only it's a very romantic place but also serves late cocktails in the open, ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFET BOTH for only 10 euros ALL INCLUDED!
If you're more into comfy dining, in a quieter place and super delicious a la carte dining, we recommend Piccola Ischia! It's a typical Restaurant from the center south of Italy!
Prices here are super good! The traditional hand made pizza from Naples for 8 Euros! Appetizers for 3 euros! And it's all so good!

ITALY VLOG: MILAN ????????OUR MINI-MOON PART 1 ♥️ATTENDING THE BARILLA PASTA CHAMPIONSHIPS!
#milan #milanitaly #milantravelguide
Ciao, bellas! I FINALLY got around to editing the footage from our mini-moon to Milan, Italy, and thought this video might be interesting for two reasons:
1. I also was sent to Milan by Barilla Pasta to cover their Barilla Pasta World Championships, which was a super cool experience and AMAZING, like, pinch-me opportunity in and of itself, so I figured I'd share a bit of my experience there. If you want to learn more about this experience, I've written a whole blog post specifically about this event, which you can check out here:
2. As this was a month after our wedding, Nate and I figured we would extend the trip and do a little mini-moon to Milan and Paris. We really only had one day to explore Milan, so I figured this is also a fun little Milan vlog/guide on what you can do if you only have a short time in Milan as well!!!
Don't forget...I have a GIVEAWAY running through 8/15/19 on my previous video, check that out here:

TOP Things to EAT, SEE and DO in Milan - Italy Travel Guide!
If you are planning a visit to Milan in Italy, then don't forget to visit these 5 places for amazing foods, experiences and people!
Introduction:
Hey everybody and welcome back to another episode of Triple P where we explore people, places and palates. So today guys I am in the fashion capital of the world, where else than Milan in Italy, and I am going to be taking you guys through the 5 things that you have to eat and see on a day trip to this fantastic place. So let’s go!
Number 1: The Milan Cathedral “Duomo”
This iconic structure is extremely special! It is the second largest church in Italy after St. Peter’s Basilica in Rome and the third largest catholic church in the world. Not only that it also has an impressive number of sculpted statues and spires built onto this building - guess how many? 3159! It is not wonder that it took over six centuries to complete. It is definitely worth not only checking the altars inside, but to also make your way onto the roof for amazing views across the city.
Number 2: Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II
Right next to the cathedral you have Italy's oldest luxury shopping mall and a major landmark of Milan, named after the first king of Italy. The beauty of its arched dome, its glass and iron roof as well as its spectacular mosaics will absolutely mesmerise you. It is here that you will find some of Milan’s legends such as The Camparino which gave birth to the tradition of the aperitif, or even the famous Savini restaurant-cafe, where you can savour the traditional Risotto Milanese as well as their pistachio and hazelnut gelatos. Take a break from your shopping at Gucci or Prada, and savour Savini’s 150 year old delights.
Number 3: The Sforzesco Castle and Park Sempione
This castle has had a rich history and surprisingly has been transformed for a plethora of purposes. It originally started of as a Visconti fortress, but later turned into a stunning palace ruled by the Sforza dynasty. Did you know that it was during this time that it was decorated by artistic legends such as Leonardo da Vinci! It then went on to become a military complex and finally in the early 20th century was turned it into the headquarters for Milan’s Civic Museums. In between this castle as well as the “Arch of Peace” lies the beloved Park Sempione, the largest park in Milan and a favourite amongst the locals.
Number 4: Panzerotti at Luini
Since 1888, the shop Luini has become a household name and a local’s delight. Everyone is making a bee-line for these pillowy fried dough parcels from heaven for less than 3 euros! You can get it with various different fillings including the original tomato and mozzarella, the classic ricotta and spinach or even the delicious salami. There are tons of flavours to chose from! Unfortunately I was not able to take any photos or videos inside the shop due to their policy. Their guard informed me that they wanted to keep the famous recipe a secret. Exclusive eh?
Number 5: The Navigli District
If you are looking for a great hang out spot that is charming, vibrant and filled with life than head on over to the Navigli area. Enjoy the happening night life at the restaurants and bars, or just visit some of the cozy shops and book stores right by the canal. If you are looking for something more unique, then visit the “smallest bar in the world” called “Backdoor 43”, a tiny 4 square meter place in the wall cocktail bar that you may just easily miss. Through a hatch you’ll be greeted by a barman wearing a V for Vendetta mask and the rest of the experience, I won’t give away. You’ll just need to go there to find out for yourself!
Ending:
Alright everybody that takes us to the end of the video. I really hope that you learnt something new and that you are planning your next trip to Milan very soon. Please click on the LIKE and the SUBSCRIBE buttons below so that you can continue on this travel journey with me and I will see you guys next time. Arrivederci!

First STARBUCKS experience in Italy!! Honest Review ???????? ????????!! MILAN Vlog ????????
The first Starbucks opened recently in Italy and it was a huge event.
Italians got curious, but Italian coffee and Italian cafès are part of their daily routine and tradition.
I personally used to love Starbucks but after moving to Italy I am falling with love with the Italian coffee. It is one of the best I have ever had and I have certainly tried a lot from various countries.
Also, it is extremely overpriced.
A basic cappuccino cost €4.50 at Starbucks whereas you can get one in the local bar at just €1.30.
It is thrice the price.
Please share your feedback in the comments and let me know what will you like me to create on this channel.
Until next time ❤️
Shine bright!!

Milan Italy Walking Tour 4K
This is a virtual walking tour of Milan Italy in 4K. In the video I go from the Statue of Leonardo Da Vinci to the Duomo cathedral, then walk across the city to the modern area where they have city garden apartments and much more. There is an efficient metro system in Milan along with high end fashion districts for shopping as you will see in this virtual tour from around Milan Italy. I arrived in Milan on a high speed train that originated in Naples, then Rome, Florence before finally arriving in Milan.

►More information:
1) Instead of paying the Cathedrals entrance and going up the many steps to the viewing spot, go to the Rinascente rooftop and buy yourself a glass of wine.
You'll first have to go through the Rinascente mall, pass the several shops and boutiques, go to the very last floor where you'll find a cafeteria. Opposite to it there is a terrace! You're welcome!
We paid 4.5 Euros for a cecchi red wine (which is my favorite wine by the way) and they brought us chips, olives, peanuts and mini sandwiches!
2) The Cathedral Duomo di Milano was originally created in the 14th century but took over 600 years to build. You can visit the rooftop of the Cathedral for 10 Euros and enjoy the spectacular views and architecture from above. It's the fourth largest church in the world.
3) The Galleria Vittorio Emanuele the second, is Italy's oldest active shopping mall and a major landmark of Milan. The Galleria is named after Vittorio Emanuele the second, the first king of the Kingdom of Italy. Completed in 1867.
4) Trattoria S. Filippo Neri: With ONLY 40 Euros 3 people eat first and second course, a side dish, a desert and wine. That's 13 euros per person! That's a crazy price for Milan! You can join the folk outside playing cards! Super cool environment you can't get anywhere else!
5) La Scala is an opera house in Milan. Built in 1778 it's regarded as one of the leading opera and ballet theatres in the world.
Greatest artists and finest singers from around the world come here.
6) Public Transport: we recommend buying an option that nobody talks about and its called Settimanale 2x6:
it costs 10€ and it allows you to travel twice per day for a total lenght of 90 minutes each ride.
7) Rent a bike: All you do is register online, select the daily package (4.5 euros) or weekly package (9 euros) and after you've paid, you get a username, password and unlock your bike. DONE!
