Today I explore the Mall of the Americas in Miami,FL. This mall use to be good years ago. However, stores started closing and little by little, the mall fell apart. The Miami Herald calls it Miami's Best Worst Mall. However, can this possibly be the worst mall in America?

Miami Is Building USA & North American Biggest Mall- Coming In 2022 - American Dream Mall
Miami is building a huge mega project that will change the city forever in term of entertainment and leisure. it's one of United states biggest project .
From the developer of the canada's biggest mall,the west Edmonton Mall, American Dream mall will be the new centerof leisure and entertainment in USA
The largest mall in the US — called the American Dream — is officially coming to Miami, Florida.
Spanning 6 million square feet, the $4 billion retail and entertainment complex will be about twice the size of the nation's current largest mall, the King of Prussia Mall in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
The American Dream Miami's developers, Triple Five Group, are also behind the Mall of America in Minneapolis, Minnesota, according to The Miami Herald.
Set to be located on undeveloped land off the Florida Turnpike, the American Dream Miami will look more like an amusement park than a traditional, dumbbell-shaped mall. The complex will feature a water park with a giant indoor pool, an indoor ice rink, an artificial ski slope, submarine rides, dozens of restaurants, and up to 1,200 stores.
Triple Five anticipates that 30 million people will visit the property each year. That's about 10 million fewer visitors than the Mall of America, which generates nearly $2 billion annually for Minnesota, according to the developers.
The project could be completed by 2022 and construction could start in 2019. Miami future will be exciting.

But, many future mega projects will change the face of Miami in a close future. These projects include some luxury condos skyscrapers, mega malls, futuristic stadiums and a hyperloop line to connect Miami and Orlando.

Lincoln Road Mall is a pedestrian road running east-west parallel between 16th Street and 17th Street in Miami Beach, Florida, United States. Once completely open to vehicular traffic, it now hosts a pedestrian mall replete with shops, restaurants, galleries, and other businesses between Washington Avenue with a traffic accessible street extending east to the Atlantic Ocean and west to Alton Road with a traffic accessible street extending to Biscayne Bay.
History:
In the 1950s, Miami Beach architect Morris Lapidus, whose credits include Miami Beach's Fountainebleau and Eden Roc hotels, was commissioned to redesign Lincoln Road. Lapidus' design for Lincoln Road, complete with gardens, fountains, shelters and an amphitheater, reflected the Miami Modern Architecture, or MiMo, style that Lapidus pioneered in the 1950s. The Road was closed to traffic and became one of the nation's first pedestrian malls.
Today, Lincoln Road features a state-of-the-art multiplex cinema, the architecturally acclaimed 1111 Lincoln Road parking garage, the acclaimed New World Center concert hall, the offices of Viacom Latin America, as well as over 200 designer boutiques, local merchants, national retail stores, and fine restaurants and bars. Lincoln Road is also home to the newly restored Colony Theatre, a performing arts venue, and ArtCenter/South Florida, a collection of studios and gallery spaces for artists. Street performers entertain a constant stream of tourists and locals on Lincoln Road. It is among the most popular destinations for visitors to the South Beach area.
In 2006, the Miami Beach Preservation Board approved the closure of traffic of the west end of Lincoln mall for the purpose of extending the popular pedestrian mall west to Alton Road.
