For five seconds, close ', of the' 8th Avenue 'in Spanish means the distance to the small town of Cuba is formed by a deeply ingrained culture and their way of life. Miami, FL Travel | TOP 6 THINGS TO DO IN MIAMI | Best of Miami | Super Bowl LIV
Our pre-conceived ideas about Miami were completely changed during our Babymoon. A place we once thought we didn't like has quickly become one of our favorite beach escapes here in the United States. It's not just glitz, glam, nightlife, and beaches. You can get that of course, but it's also full of art, architecture, culture, shopping, and great food. So if you're planning a vacation/holiday or maybe coming down for SUPER BOWL LIV, here are 6 THINGS YOU MUST DO while visiting Miami, FL.
1. WYNWOOD DISTRICT (Old Warehousing District)
In 2009, Tony Goldman had a vision for the Wynwood District. A revitalization effort was soon underway. The world's most talented street artists applied their skills to the 85,000 sq. ft. of barren, abandoned warehouse walls. Today, that art is on display for anyone visiting this incredibly one-of-a-kind community. The street art is not just confined to the Wynwood Walls. Street art covers every sidewalk, lamp post, and building throughout the neighborhood, which makes it a bit overwhelming. We think you'll enjoy.
Things To Do in Wynwood:

2. DESIGN DISTRICT
This is one of the world's greatest areas for high-end shopping and people watching. 120 flagship stores, such as Balenciaga, Hermes, Fendi, and Dior call the Design District Home. Not only are there great shops, but it's also home to some incredible art and some of the best architecture in the country.

4. ART DECO DISTRICT
This is the area I think of when I think of Miami. Construction began in this area in 1910. 800+ of the buildings you see today were built between 1923 and 1943. In 1979 the district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Thanks to preservation efforts by Barbara Baer Capitman, we can enjoy the historic district today. This area is also home to Muscle Beach and famous South Beach.
Things To Do in the Art Deco District
A. Architectural Tour (Self-guided walk)
B. Official Art Deco Gift Shop. (Nostalgic Souvenirs)

This coastal resort city is the perfect escape. Nightlife, architecture, food, beautiful people, and incredible beaches. Maybe you'll catch a glimpse of a celebrity or two.

That this little trip around the plant to create a market of this place was to gather information on Havana I had to obtain the visit cooperation. People of about ten people in the well-appointed factory was responsible for the market. Tobacco cigar which the material comes from the amount spent in Cuba. Mr. President Ernesto was born in Cuba in the cigar factory in 1951, the first generation of immigrants came ten years old when his father moved to Miami along with.

Electioneering in Little Havana (Miami, FL) - Pt 2 of 2
At Precinct # 569 in Miami, FL (the Jose Marti Park Gym, 434 SW SW 3 Ave), voters stand in a long line (note -- it goes all the way up the stairs within the building to the 2nd floor) without any Deputy present. Note the absence of any tape or line designating a boundary. As such, you'll see political signs on THE BUILDING ITSELF, and no efforts to prohibit electioneering from taking place within the 100 ft. boundary. Here, a guy sings passionately in favor of a candidate, but still there's no Deputy to be seen.
Note Florida law (see Section 102.031 of the law prohibits any person--regardless of her association with a political committee or campaign--from soliciting for a candidate within the boundaries of the polling place itself or any less than 100 feet from an entrance. The law defines the term solicitation as seeking or attempting to seek any vote, fact, opinion, or contribution; distributing or attempting to distribute any political or campaign material, leaflet, or handout. The law also establishes a means of regulating this requirement. Specifically, that before the opening of the polling place or early voting site, the clerk or supervisor shall designate the no-solicitation zone and mark the boundaries.
Do you think the folks electioneering in this and my 2nd video are really more than 100 feet from the entrance? Also, Video the Vote received a complaint from a voter at this location who said that a pollworker was advising him how to vote; when the voter complained, the pollworker said, Then vote somewhere else! Please note Part 1 of this video, too.

STORYLINE:
There were mixed reactions on Thursday among exiled Cubans living in Miami to news of Fidel Castro's illness and surgery, and his temporary handover of power to brother Raul.
In the first three days after he was granted temporary control of the country, Raul Castro, the brother Fidel reportedly trusts more than anyone, was nowhere to be seen.
The elder Castro also made no appearances, though his inner circle issued a statement late on Tuesday telling Cubans he was in good spirits and beginning his recovery.
Still, in Miami there was speculation that Fidel Castro, who is almost 80, had died.
I don't think that he is alive, I think that he's dead. Something happened over there. Something that nobody wants to say nothing, not even this country wants to say nothing, said a woman in Miami's Little Havana neighbourhood.
Maximo Gomes Park, known as dominoes park, is a Cuban gathering place where the dream of returning to Cuba never dies.
While nearly everyone in Miami was speculating about Fidel's health, some at the El Credito Cigar factory in believe that even if Fidel died, his politics would live on and nothing would change.
Others said that the prospect of another Castro ruling Cuba would keep people in fear as they are now.
