This is one of the best hikes in the Kamloops area. Moul Falls and Sabretooth Rapids and Helmcken Falls are in the Wells Gray Park near Clearwater BC. There are many more waterfalls in Wells Gray Park, if you've never been it's worth the trip.

Helmcken Falls is a 141 m waterfall on in Wells Gray Provincial Park, British Columbia, Canada. The protection of Helmcken Falls was one of the reasons for the creation of Wells Gray Provincial Park in 1939.
Helmcken Falls is the fourth highest waterfall in Canada, measured by total straight drop without a break. Higher Canadian waterfalls are Hunlen Falls in Tweedsmuir Provincial Park, Takakkaw Falls in Yoho National Park, and Della Falls in Strathcona Provincial Park, all in British Columbia.Dawson Falls is one of seven waterfalls on the Murtle River in Wells Gray Provincial Park, British Columbia, Canada.
The Wells Gray Park road passes close to Dawson Falls. The main viewpoint is a 10-minute walk and it is another few minutes to the top of the waterfall.(Wikipedia)

Going behind the Moul Falls is a unique experience. The trail from the parking lot down to the falls is a bit challenging, but it's well worth.
Highly recommended!
