Museum of Contemporary Art - Edo Murtić
The exhibition of the Murtić Donation is a selection of 300 works by a contemporary Croatian artist who marked the second half of the 20th century. It portrays the significance of the opus of Edo Murtić in the modern art of Southeast Europe.

| GORGONA EXHIBITION |
This exhibition is an extended edition of the one-day exhibition held in Villa Polesini in Poreč. The Gorgona Group is the most significant Neo-Avant-Garde group in these areas. Its members were Julije Knifer, Josip Vaništa, Đuro Seder, Marijan Jevšovar, Ivan Kožarić, Miljenko Horvat, Dimitrije Bašičević Mangelos, Matko Meštrović, and Radoslav Putar.
The exhibition will, in an extended form, be again held as part of the Artist on Vacation Project. Artworks, photographs, and documentation of the Gorgona group members will be exhibited. The exhibition is also an introduction to a monography, due to release in late 2015, and a grand retrospective exhibition of the Gorgona group.
This monumental monography will feature a great number of reproductions of artworks, correspondence and documentation, present the Group's works and reveal some yet unknown facts. The author of the monography is Ješa Denegri.

The Artist on Vacation 2015 exhibition present the artists that have participated in this year's edition of the project organized by the Institute for the Research of the Avant-Garde, Marinko Sudac Collection, Valamar Riviera d.d., and the Museum of Contemporary Art Zagreb.
The mission of the Artist on Vacation project is to show the various legacies of the original Avant-Garde movement that have developed in different countries and contexts. The entire driving force behind our project is to present the participating artists to the Croatian public. The project is an effort to connect all the activities that aim to bring together the historical Avant-Gardes and present them to the public in a direct way, outside of an institutional environment.
