Hennepin Ave Minneapolis Minnesota.
I let right turning traffic turn right. This lane was designed for right turning traffic, buses, and bicycles. (it seems this has now changed from the signs. You can pause it and look at the sign after the intersection) She wants to pass the cyclist on the right and go straight through the intersection. I block her tan SUV. She then passes on the left and makes a right turn in front of the cyclist. Good thing I was going slow to avoid getting right hooked by her.

Kaossilator Jam!! Battle Train!! MayDay Parade 2016 Minneapolis GoPro 120fps
I recently found a folder containing a ton of Kaossilator jams from like 5-7 years ago. I got the Korg Kaossilator and Mini KP effects unit as soon as they came out. They seemed like the ultimate fun gadgets...and they did not disappoint. I never became terribly proficient with the Kaossilator but had a lot of fun with it. Love the KP effects, too. I occasionally (more so back then) have down time during my day and so would bring these little units to work and jam for half an hour or whatever.
This track was actually two passes, possibly three.....I believe one was the drums or bass (or both) and the other was the synth lead. They were recorded to my battery powered Zoom H4n, which is a 4 track recorder among other things. My memory fails me....I know I ran the drums through the MIni Kp, but are the drums from the Kaossilator or a drum machine? At any rate, the drums were one track, bass was looped from the Kaossilator, and the lead was mostly freestyle, or looped. Mixed in Adobe Audition once I got home. Nothing stellar here....just having fun. Like the mix.
The video was shot today at the MayDay Parade in south Minneapolis. The Heart of the Beast Theater hosts this parade, and as you can see it's not your everyday parade. The first float? is known as the Battletrain and is a chain of vehicles that are hitched to eachother. and is actually pulled by slaves (?) who have harnesses. I know they were giving a Herculean effort, but the pedal pub car probably didn't hurt either. Very cool...very inventive. Used my GoPro Hero 4 Black, 1080p at 120fps, which I've clearly slowed down (to 25%) in Vegas. Always dig the slomo....allows you to focus on the details I think. Rendered at 135,000,000bps, file size over 10gb.

Serenity's Call [2010/1-30 @ The Terminal Bar Mpls, MN]
Around 2010 we realized that we were fighting a struggle of awkward pauses between music and while we had some songs that we were able to string together rather well we formed the idea that all the songs told a story in a certain order we began to write ... poetry interludes between live songs using bits and pieces of music we play one show prior to this that went without a single hitch however this one several off us were sick and fighting with equipment problems so the interludes are only present in a few places on this video. This was also the first time many of our far away fans base was able to see us live most notable was Aaron Laxdale the man who recorded and mixed our first album.
I remember the highs and lows of this show all too clearly. Main distortion of pedal of 12 years dies the day before we left home and no one in Fargo carried anything close to it no time to order it online. Left for the Twin Cities a day before the show managed to co-ordinate with a Guitar Center store and get an equivalent pedal in the evening i arrived take all of my equipment into the back room and test it. buy it. leave the store BOOM NOW I HAVE THE FLU! no idea how or why! get 15 minutes to screw it into the pedal board and kinda test it again no time for level/feedback checks on every song.Get on stage in a show that we worked for many years to acquire and play like hell and try to not pass out. -Matty
