Paris Travel Guide 2019 | Louvre Private Tour | Things To Do In Paris
Welcome back to our family travel vlog and we are very excited to share with you our Louvre private tour adventure in Paris. It's an amazing place to visit. Learn more at
Want to learn how to travel as we do? See our Free training:
We are at the top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris and we are going to walk down the stairs instead of the elevator and there is a 10-minute walk of course.
We have got a private boat tour scheduled here and we are gonna go see the Eiffel Tower. A rainy day in Paris this our last full day so we are going shopping.
The Eiffel Tower, La Tour Eiffel in French, was the main exhibit of the Paris Exposition. It was constructed to commemorate the centennial of the French Revolution and to demonstrate France's industrial prowess to the world.
The Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris, commonly known as Sacre Basilica and often simply Sacre-Coeur Basilique du Sacre-Coeur, pronounced is a Roman Catholic church and minor basilica, dedicated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, in Paris.
If you're only going to visit one museum or gallery in Paris, the Louvre should be it. But how do you best explore its riches without getting overwhelmed and lost in the crowds? Bring along a local expert on a private Louvre tour.
Your local guide will ensure you skip the line - after all, that's no way to spend your time in Paris! Once inside, you'll smoothly navigate through the palace to see the Louvre's most celebrated treasures: the Venus de Milo, the Winged Victory of Samothrace, Leonardo's Mona Lisa, Michelangelo's Slaves, the Coronation of Napoleon... or perhaps focus on just one or two areas, if you have a special interest.
As one of our Louvre guides, Isabelle, explains: The rapport between a Guide and their clients implies that subtle music is written, a dynamic is enjoyed and that knowledge is shared. Pleasure, too. And that is very important. Expect your private tour to the Louvre to be every bit as nuanced, enlightening and enjoyable as Isabelle suggests.

A few testimonials from some of our lovely customers:
“Nicolas is charming, and Midnight in Paris on Wheels is a brilliant way to discover Paris, whether or not you’ve been before. Nicolas tailored the tour around what we wanted to see, which made it a really personal experience - it never felt like a “colour by numbers” tour, and he didn’t make us feel like tourists either, which we really liked. He offered to take pictures of us at various points throughout the tour, both in the car and at the monuments we stopped at (so we avoided the usual awkward approaching of strangers to ask for a picture!)”
Daisy California.
“My husband and I went to Paris for our 36th wedding anniversary. I decided to book Nicholas based on other Trip Advisors reviews and we are so glad we did! My only regret is that we did not book him a day sooner.”
Belinda Dallas
“Nicolas was the perfect guide. He showed us the secret spots and was very knowledgeable of the history of the city. His car is one of a kind. The midnight tour was exceptional in every way. His personalized service made us feel like VIPs in the beautiful city.
He was even helpful in planning the rest of our trip by sending advice via email after our tour.
I recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris.”
Tee Ray, New Orleans
This lovely trip allows you to stop when and where you desire for picture opportunities at historical and romantic locations throughout the city (consisting of some pictures taken via Nicolas' antique electronic camera).

WALKING TOUR OF A SECRET, HIDDEN PARIS COURTYARD GEM - PLS SUBSCRIBE!
WHAT IS TRUE...'REAL' PARIS LIKE ...? WELL, its not where to scarf down a baguette or pizza (far too many new & hidden places to ever make a list, which would be useless before being proof-read...pleeeeze)!!... and it's not where to buy that new bag, etc.
REAL PARIS --aside from the simply stunning, extraordinary museums, galleries, landmarks and parks, IS ABOUT THE PLACES REAL PEOPLE LIVE, HANG OUT THE REAL STREETS AND HIDEAWAYS THAT CONSTITUTE MOST PEOPLES LIVES. This little sealed off lane-way, in the 14th, is a classic example. Not the abode of the wealthy or the famous, just folks who managed to find a cool, urban oasis, quiet and withdrawn, despite being in noisy area. There is no name for this lane...it just is...and like much of the magical pageantry of Paris, it is hidden right in front of you! PLEASE SUBSCRIBE....
