Houston Downtown Sightseeing Tour 4K ~ Downtown Tunnels ~ Discovery Green
Houston is the most populous city in the U.S. state of Texas and the fourth most populous city in the United States, with a census-estimated population of 2.312 million in 2017. It is the most populous city in the Southern United States and on the Gulf Coast of the United States. Located in Southeast Texas near Galveston Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, it is the seat of Harris County and the principal city of the Greater Houston metropolitan area, which is the fifth most populous metropolitan statistical area (MSA) in the United States and the second most populous in Texas after the Dallas-Fort Worth MSA. With a total area of 627 square miles (1,620 km2), Houston is the eighth most expansive city in the United States (including consolidated city-counties; it is the largest city in the United States by total area, whose government is similarly not consolidated with that of a county or borough).
Houston downtown tunnels
DOWNTOWN'S underground is a system of tunnels 20 feet below Houston's downtown streets and more than 6 miles long. Having started out years ago as a tunnel between two downtown movie theaters, today it includes restaurants and service retail and connects 95 city blocks. Only Wells Fargo Plaza and McKinney Garage on Main offers direct access from the street to the tunnel; otherwise, entry points are from street-level stairs, escalators, and elevators located inside office buildings that are connected to the tunnel.
Discovery Green
Discovery Green is a 11.78-acre public urban park in Downtown Houston, Texas, bounded by La Branch Street to the west, McKinney Street to the north, Avenida de las Americas to the east, and Lamar Street to the south

Sheriff Stops His Segway Patrol To Deliver A Baby

Kerrville - p2 -Russell Adams - Law Enforcement, Police Corruption
Law Enforcement in Kerr County seems to think the law does not apply to them. Watch as these Sheriff deputies accost and surround a citizen for attempting to file a complaint and freedom of information request. You will see complete disregard for his rights and their job description; to serve and protect. As they escort him to the shadows and out of the cameras view, it seems all too routine.
Russell Adams was told directly to come on this day to make the complaint by dispatch the night before. You'll also see one of the officers refuse to identify even after he had just made fun of the citizen for not knowing the identity of the officer he was there to file a complaint against. See if you can see any other breeches of confidence within the video. When you cannot complain about a public servant then our federal law and state law is being ignored or abused. This is way too routine as you can see. Russell Adams was recently charged with resisting arrest and interference with public service and assaulted for filming as the rights of his girlfriend were being violated during an illegal foot chase and then subsequent illegal detainment. The police after the police assaulted him they took the camera and erased video evidence. He has had two charges of driving on an invalid license dismissed and will see these charges dismissed. He vows to continue to use his camera to bring to light and create true open discussion for the community about how it is being overrun and surrounded by a force it isn't even allowed to discuss out in the open. Murders are through the roof. People being killed by cops without explanation, over mysterious knives and because they are crazy is through the roof. Yet as we drive to work or home we see so many cops it is hard to drive while dodging them breaking the laws or speeding around without lights. The price for the dog and pony show is high and some of the people are getting tired of having their rights trampled through false charges, fines, and imprisonment because it is so much easier to pay then to take a stand against the corruption.

Bat City, USA film trailer
Visit our website at for more information, screenings, etc.
Bat City USA is the story of how a giant colony of bats invaded an Austin bridge and were met with fear and hostility by residents. When the city threatened to exterminate the bats, a zealous conservationist named Merlin Tuttle stepped in and fought to save them.
Thousands of Mexican Free-tailed bats began moving into a downtown Austin bridge in the 1980s, after a bridge renovation left gaps between beams that created ideal roosting space. The bat invasion caused a media hoopla and the sensational headlines attracted the attention of Tuttle, a bat researcher in Milwaukee.
Tuttle moved to Austin, where he faced opposition from residents who wanted to exterminate the colony because of rabies concerns. Tuttle became an expert at photographing bats in a natural setting, without depicting them as bared-teeth aggressors. He used his photos to change the bats' image -- from disease-carriers to desirable creatures. Talking up bats to anyone who would listen, he tried to convince residents to save the colony from destruction.
Bat City USA is a 54-minute documentary. Look for it soon at a nearby festival.
Bat City, USA has been screened in the following film festivals:
San Antonio Film Festival 2012, Alexandria Virginia Film Festival 2012, American Conservation Film Festival (West Virginia) 2012, and will screen at the Thin Line Film Festival in Denton, Texas on Feb. 16, 2012
