In December 2013, the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 completed its fifth and final phase of construction. Nestled at the base of Peak 7 of the Breckenridge Ski Resort, this ski-in/ski-out luxury resort now offers 114 residences and also offers the best amenities in Breckenridge. The property boasts a state-of-the-art salt water aquatics area which includes indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, a water slide and children's pool. Four private movie theaters are available for reservation. The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 also offers an onsite spa, the Soothe Day Spa and the eclectic Sevens Restaurant.

The Grand Lodge on Peak 7 won the coveted Project of Excellence award, the highest honor given by the American Resort Development Association, recognizing the resort as a leader within its community as well as in the industry.
