Welcome to the St. Johns Town Center in Jacksonville, FL! If you want to have a great day shopping then you must come here! The experience you will get here in this outdoor mall is unmatched. This mall is opened from 10am to 9pm. Truly unique and have high quality shopping in one easy-to-get-to place.

Like all upscale malls people dress really nicely to go to the St Johns Town Center. The streets are crowded with people; there are shops like Louis Vuitton, Apple, Sony and you name it, every kind of shop you can think of from high-end fashion to sporting goods and artsy jewelry. There are about 150 stores at the St. Johns Town Center and they are still building new ones. This mall is amazing and is growing like crazy.

Then there's the food! St. Johns Town Center has all the major restaurants like Maggiano's Little Italy; PF Chang's Chinese Bistro, Starbucks and Cheesecake Factory. There are wine bars and hamburger joints. Fresh salads and pizzas. Fine dining and wine bars. It is not surprising that people travel all over the state to shop here, like people from Georgia or Gainesville who drive hours just to visit the St. Johns Town Center.

St. Johns Town Center is not just a place to shop, either. After you have a long day of shopping you can have drink with your friends or relatives or you can eat at one of the most popular restaurant here in the mall. This place is very much family friendly and you can enjoy whole day with your family here. Kid and even pet friendly, there's something for everyone at St. Johns Town Center.

St. Johns Town Center Phase 2

I told you they were still building! Phase 2 in St. Johns Town Center is about 228,000 sq ft in size and is very popular part of the shopping mall for baker's shops and sports shops. There are new stores and restaurants opened in 2013 which are also becoming very popular in the mall. Can't get enough retail therapy? St. Johns Town Center also has cool places to live. There are 450 apartments located on the mall along with 120-room hotel. Phase II plans include an additional hotel and 500 luxury apartments units.

St. Johns Town Center Phase 3

Yes, absolutely growing like crazy! St. Johns Town Center Phase THREE is 124,000 sq ft in size and is very popular for retail clothing shops. This phase is a bit less crowed as compared to the phase 2 but is very beautiful from the inside. Bring comfortable shoes for walking 'cause this whole mall is outdoors. And although there is ample parking, you'll have to do some walking to get through all of your favorite stores!

St. Johns Town Center Jobs

St. Johns Town Center has added 31,800 jobs to Jacksonville over the past 5 years, expansions in health care, professional services, and leisure services. The Better Jacksonville Plan includes a $2 billion investment on transportation improvements, including major access routes to St. Johns Town Center.

Jacksonville FL Population Growth

Almost 60,000 residents have moved into the trade area since 2011, bringing the population to nearly 987,456 to 1,546,000 in the greater Jacksonville area. Strong growth is projected to increase the trade area's population by more than 100,000 to nearly 1,074,234 by 2010, with total market population expected to top 1,540,000 the same year.

I went to this big outdoor mall in Jacksonville FL. It was pretty cool. I found a vegan donut at the donut shop there. I like walking around the malls and window shopping. Bookstores have many vegan cookbooks now and the number is growing which is great. I love vegan cookbooks, they give you great ideas for new recipes.

Run for Boston - St. John's Town Center, Jacksonville FL

Wow! When it was first announced by 1st Place Sports that a local run to raise money for the Boston Marathon victims, the way the runners in the city came together was amazing. It started with 12 runners with an idea and was announced late the week of April 14th. Early in the weekend, there were 300 runners, but it grew to well over 2,000 runners by Monday's run. See the excitement in this awesome video of the start line captured by Speedy Banana!

Jacksonville is the most populous city in the U.S. state of Florida and the largest city by area in the contiguous United States. It is the seat of Duval County, with which the city government consolidated in 1968. Consolidation gave Jacksonville its great size and placed most of its metropolitan population within the city limits. The Jacksonville metropolitan area has a population of 1,631,488 and is the fourth largest in Florida.

Jacksonville is centered on the banks of the St. Johns River in the First Coast region of northeast Florida, about 25 miles (40 km) south of the Georgia state line and 340 miles (550 km) north of Miami. The Jacksonville Beaches communities are along the adjacent Atlantic coast. The area was originally inhabited by the Timucua people, and in 1564 was the site of the French colony of Fort Caroline, one of the earliest European settlements in what is now the continental United States. Under British rule, settlement grew at the narrow point in the river where cattle crossed, known as Wacca Pilatka to the Seminole and the Cow Ford to the British.
