Con i suoi 273,5 metri si è aggiudicato il titolo di Guinness world record per il tiramisù più lungo del mondo. 50 mila savoiardi, 500 kg di mascarpone, 300 litri di caffè, 65 kg di zucchero, 60 kg di tuorlo d’uovo, 70 kg di albume d’uovo, 65 kg di cacao amaro sono gli ingredienti utilizzati per raggiungere questo traguardo. Trenta i pasticceri della Scuola di Cucina Teatro7 Lab che, guidati dallo chef Stefano Callegaro, hanno allestito il Tiramisù da record all’interno del CityLife Shopping District di Milano.

With its 273.5 meters it won the title of Guinness world record for the longest tiramisu in the world. 50 thousand ladyfingers, 500 kg of mascarpone, 300 liters of coffee, 65 kg of sugar, 60 kg of egg yolk, 70 kg of egg white, 65 kg of bitter cocoa are the ingredients used to reach this goal. Thirty pastry chefs from the Teatro7 Lab Cooking School who, led by chef Stefano Callegaro, set up the record-breaking Tiramisu in Milan's CityLife Shopping District.

Last Saturday's Children’s Pizza-Making Class at Forno Bistro was amazing! The restaurant was filled with 20 aspiring chefs who learned to make pizza as good as our own chefs. Stretching dough, adding toppings and watching them cook in Forno Bistro’s iconic wood-fired oven. Each child received a pizza making certificate and a special gift from the chefs of Forno Bistro. The Mondadori Food Experience, is a thriving food and wine festival promoted by the Mondadori publishing company, taking place at the Magna Pars event space, located in Via Tortona 15 Milan, from Wednesday the 10th until Sunday the 14th of April 2013. The stage of the Mondadori Food Experience will host daily from 10.00am to 9.00pm, workshops, tastings, promotions of Italian traditional food, games and cooking classes organized by Sale&Pepe associates together with distinguished Italian chefs, among others: Davide Oldani, Claudio Sadler, Giuseppe Tinari and Fabio Barbaglini. Laura Maragliano, editor of Sale&Pepe, with her staff will coordinate the Sale&Pepe Show meetings during which professionals in food decoration, beverages and cooking, illustrate the latest trends of both Italian and international food. For the participants who desire to test their cooking skills Mondadori Food Experience offers the chance to compete in kitchen challenges, a contest scrutinized by remarkable experts: Davide Oldani, Claudio Sadler, Viviana Varese and Spyros Theodoridis. Davide Cassi is professor of Soft Matter Physics at Parma University, where he founded and directs the Laboratory of Gastronomic Physics and the spin-off Future Cooking Lab. At the same university, he was the first president of the first Degree course in Gastronomic Sciences of the Italian University.
For over 20 years he has collaborated with the best chefs and pastry chefs in the world, inventing new cooking techniques.
In 2002 he introduced the idea of molecular cooking, later defined in the book “Il gelato estemporaneo ed altre invenzioni gastronomiche” (2005), the first manual on the theme worldwide (translated into Spanish with the title La ciencia en los fogones).
He has participated in numerous public events and radio and television broadcasts, collaborates with Italian and foreign magazines and curates the blog Il Gastronomo Scientifico (gastronomoscientifico.blogspot.it).
For his research on science and gastronomy he was awarded the International Prize Caterina de' Medici, the Tarlati Prize and the Grand Prix de la Science de l'Alimentation dell'Académie Internationale de la Gastronomie. What is ROBLOX? ROBLOX is an online virtual playground and workshop, where of all ages can safely interact, create, have fun, and learn. It’s unique in that practically everything on ROBLOX is designed and constructed by members of the community. ROBLOX is designed for 8 to 18 year olds, but it is open to people of all ages. Each player starts by choosing an avatar and giving it an identity. They can then explore ROBLOX — interacting with others by chatting, playing games, or collaborating on creative projects. Each player is also given their own piece of undeveloped real estate along with a virtual toolbox with which to design and build anything — be it a navigable skyscraper, a working helicopter, a giant pinball machine, a multiplayer “Capture the Flag” game or some other, yettobedreamed-up creation. There is no cost for this first plot of virtual land. By participating and by building cool stuff, ROBLOX members can earn specialty badges as well as ROBLOX dollars (“ROBUX”). In turn, they can shop the online catalog to purchase avatar clothing and accessories as well as premium building materials, interactive components, and working mechanisms.
