Pulau Sekati (Sekati Island) is located in the Terengganu River (Sungai Terengganu) near Kuala Terengganu City. To the north is Kampung Teluk Pasu (Teluk Pasu village) and 0.3km in the south is Kampung Bukit Losong where the State Museum is located. Now it is connected to the mainland by a bridge which costs RM242 million. The construction of the bridge will be completed on 26 April 2017.

Kuala Terengganu, capital of Terengganu state on the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia, is known best as a gateway to the State's beautiful beaches and magnificent islands.
