Aigio, also written as Aeghion, Aegion, Aegio, Egio, is a town and a former municipality in Achaea, West Greece, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Aigialeia, of which it is the seat and a municipal unit. The municipal unit has an area of 151.101 km2. Its population is around 26,000. Aigio is a port town on the Gulf of Corinth, and takes its name from the ancient city of Aegium.

The Archaeological Museum of Aigion is a museum in Aigion, Greece opened on August 6, 1994. The building of the museum which originally housed the municipal market of Aigio is a work of the famous architect Ernst Ziller and it was built in 1890. In the museum there are six rooms covering findings from the Neolithic period to the late Roman. Among the notable works found in the museum is the Marble statue of Aigiochos dated to the 1st century AD, a fruitstand with painted decoration, found at the Neolithic settlement of Sylivaina at Krathion and dates from the Middle Neolithic period , a three-handled pithos-amphora dated to the second half of the 15th century BC, a necklace of cornelian and glass-paste beads dated to the 14th-13th century BC and a Corinthian krater bearing painted represen...

Olympia , is a small town in Elis on the Peloponnese peninsula in Greece, famous for the nearby archaeological site of the same name, which was a major Panhellenic religious sanctuary of ancient Greece, where the ancient Olympic Games were held. The site was primarily dedicated to Zeus and drew visitors from all over the Greek world as one of a group of such Panhellenic centres which helped to build the identity of the ancient Greeks as a nation. The Archaeological Museum of Olympia is one of the principal museums of Greece, located in Olympia. It is overseen by the Ministry of Culture and Sports, and, as of 2009, is directed by Georgia Xatzi. When the original building was completed and opened in 1882, it was the first museum in Greece outside of Athens. The museum houses discoveries from the surrounding area, including the site of the Ancient Olympic Games. The collection includes objects produced and used in the area from prehistory to its time under Roman rule. The principal pieces in the museum are Hermes and the Infant Dionysus , some objects from the Temple of Zeus, the Nike of Paionios, as well as an oenochoe that belonged to Phidias. Video from Athens, and the drive to Astros. The first part is from the side of a mountain looking over all of Athens, Greece. The second part is from Afroditi's balcony, and zooming in on the part of the mountain where the first segment was taken from, the third is from the street of the surroundinf area, the new and nice looking flat on the corner 4 story large building is her's, she is up on the top floor. the last sections are of driving, from Athens towards Astros (the last section is not astros, yet but Argos, city closest to Astros.)
