Manresa, the capital of the Bages region, is located in the hearth of Catalonia. The main attraction in Manresa is the Basilica of Santa Maria de la Seu, commonly known as La Seu. This gothic church began to be built in 1325 but it was not finished until the XV century. The highlight here is the Neo-Gothic facade. La Seu is also very interesting because of the works of art preserved inside it, particularly the set of Gothic altarpieces.
