Buckow is a town in the Märkisch-Oderland district, in Brandenburg, Germany. The water cure resort is the administrative seat of the Amt Märkische Schweiz and located in the centre of the eponymous hill range, since 1990 part of the Märkische Schweiz Nature Park protected area.

Muskau Park is a landscape park in the Upper Lusatia region of Germany and Poland. It is the largest and one of the most famous English gardens in Central Europe, stretching along both sides of the German–Polish border on the Lusatian Neisse. The park was laid out from 1815 onwards at the behest of Prince Hermann von Pückler-Muskau , centered on his Schloss Muskau residence. In July 2004, Muskau Park was added to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Only a two-hour train ride from Berlin, Dresden makes for a great day trip or longer. Mostly destroyed during the war, Dresden has come back strong. From visiting the Frauenkirche to walking along the Elbe river, Dresden has a lot to offer.

Wanderung - Auf den höchsten Berg von Berlin (20.03.2018)

Nach längerer Zwangspause, ging es heute hoch hinauf! Und zwar auf die höchste natürliche Erhebung von Berlin, den großen Müggelberg. (114,7 m)
Bei Schneegestöber (20.03.2018!) und -3 Grad, war es trotzdem eine schöne kleine Tour.
Eingeweiht mit einem heißen Kakao, wurde mein neuer Gaskocher „Jetboil Flash“. Macht sich prima, wenn man nur mal schnell heißes Wasser braucht!
