The Reedcutter Inn

Cantley is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Cantley, Limpenhoe and Southwood, in the English county of Norfolk. Cantley is within the Broads Special Protection Area. The village lies on the north bank of the River Yare, some 17 km east of the city of Norwich, 15 km south-west of the town of Great Yarmouth and the same distance north-west of the Suffolk town of Lowestoft.The civil parish has an area of 12.9 km2 and in the 2001 census had a population of 677 in 279 households, increasing to 733 at the 2011 Census. Paston Way, Long Walk, Mundesley to North Walsham. 29/8/16.

A 10.5 mile walk that follows the wonderful beach from Mundesley through to Bacton Green, but then passes the eyesore gas works shortly after. Turning inland, it's on to Paston, and its Great Barn (housing rare Barbastelle bats), before continuing through Knapton and Edingthorpe. The final section involves a pleasant walk through a wooded section of disused railway line, passing Norfolk's only canal.

Greater Anglia DRS Class 37s on Great Yarmouth workings, 22nd August 2015

Here's some video I shot this weekend of the class 37 operated Norwich - Great Yarmouth summer specials, run by Abellio Greater Anglia with DRS locomotives and Mark II carriages. The power of top and tailed 37s on the main line was quite a thrill.
