Casatenovo is a comune in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region of Lombardy, about 30 kilometres northeast of Milan and about 20 kilometres southwest of Lecco. As of 2011, it had a population of about 12,700. Casatenovo borders the following municipalities: Besana in Brianza, Camparada, Correzzana, Lesmo, Lomagna, Missaglia, Monticello Brianza, Usmate Velate.
