Going-to-the-Sun Road is a scenic mountain road in the Rocky Mountains of the western United States, in Glacier National Park in Montana. The Sun Road, as it is sometimes abbreviated in National Park Service documents, is the only road that traverses the park crossing the Continental Divide through Logan Pass at an elevation of 6,646 feet , which is the highest point on the road. Construction began in 1921 and was completed in 1932 with formal dedication in the following summer on July 15, 1933. The road is the first to have been registered in all of the following categories: National Historic Place, National Historic Landmark and Historic Civil Engineering Landmark. The length of the road is approximately 50 miles and spans the width of the park between the east and west entrance stations...

Food was 5 star quality for 1st class passengers along with big band entertainment after dinner. We had the smoking lounge and the extensive library on board. Children had on board nurses to play with in the children's play room. At dinner time in the main dinning room the meat carver would come to your table and offer you the finest cut of prime rib or beef roast while you watched. Ah the good old days. This video is full of the memories of my viewers from cruise vacations gone by.

Cruise Lines Expanding Cruise Holiday Offerings Cuba Europe Caribbean Q and A Norwegian is offering new Cuba cruises with the Norwegian Sun. With a passenger capacity of 1936 this will become Cuba's largest cruise ship to call on her. Holland America is launching the Niew Statendam this fall with a total of 2666 passenger capacity. The ship wall call on the Caribbean for the 2018/19 winter season and then will be repositioned to Amsterdam for the summer Northern Europe season. In Sept of 2019 the ship will ply the waters of the Mediterranean and then will return for the winter season in Miami. Carnival will take delivery of the brand new Panerama cruise ship capable of holding almost 4000 passengers and position her in Long beach for 7 day Mexican Riverera cruises. Passengers may want to take advantage of a pre cruise hotel stay in the Queen Mary which is docked right beside the new departure terminal for Carnival in Long Beach.

Norwegian Sun passengers Join Live Stream To Tell All About The Cruise From Hell + Travel Trivia In this video I was joined by two passengers from the Norwegian Sun. One was on the cruise through the Panama Canal and the other was on the cruise just before the Panama Canal. Both say exactly the same thing to our viewers. Their cruises were cruises from hell with passengers suffering breathing problems and skin rashes while on board. Plus a number of passengers are now suffering coughs that won't go away and sore throats. Dangerous chemicals were used on board throughout the cruises and the odour was intolerable. Stay tuned for more developments.
