On this lovely Sunday morning we had jump on the ferry from Oslo to Drøbak. Great sea and landscapes and interesting sightseeing of Oscarborg fortress. Afternoon and lunch in Drøbak.

Drøbak (av «drøye bakker») er en tidligere kjøpstad, nå by på østsiden av Drøbaksundet. Drøbak er administrasjonssenteret i Frogn kommune i Akershus, og hadde 13 405] innbyggere per 1. januar 2015.
Byen har mange pittoreske, gamle hus. Mange av dem er påbyggede stuebygninger fra sent 1600-tall og fremover. De mange kunstgallerier, småbutikker og utstillinger trekker mange besøkende til byen sommerstid. Da er torget og spesielt stranda full av mennesker. Byen har også julenissens postkontor.
Ved Badeparken ligger Drøbak kirke, kalt Vår Frelsers kirke, som ble innviet 29. oktober 1776.
Drøbak is the centre of the municipality of Frogn, in Akershus county, Norway. The town is located along the Oslofjord, and has 13,358 inhabitants.
Drøbak a popular sea-side tourist spot with numerous restaurants, art galleries and mild summers.
The town has a Christmas shop called Julehuset (the Christmas house), and letters often end up in Drøbak from Europe similarly to how they end up in Santa Claus, Indiana in the United States.
A small aquarium with local species of fish and shellfish is open to the public.

I forbindelse med Drammen barne og ungdomsteaters storsatsing med PETER PAN gjorde jeg denne flighten over byen vår. Mye planlegging og Politiet ble varslet hver gang (3 ganger) det skulle flys. Tidspunktet tidlig om morgenen ble valgt for å gi inntrykk at det var seint på kvelden. Dessuten var det da minimalt med folk ute. Hadde med meg 4 personer som var strategisk plassert langs ruta for å varsle de få folka som kunne være ute å rusla på morrakvisten. Litchi waypoints ble valgt for å være mest mulig presis og det ble meget vellykket.
In connection with the Drammen Children's and Youth Theater's major initiative with PETER PAN, I made this flight over our city. There was a lot of planning and the police were notified every morning I did these flights(3 times). The early morning was chosen to give the impression that it was late in the evening. Besides, there was a minimum of people out at that time. With me I had 4 people strategically located along the route to alert the few people who could be out at that early. Litchi waypoints were chosen tohave the flights as accurate as possible and it became very successful.

Travelling Oslo Fjord - Southern Norway. Sandvika, Oslo, Kristiansand and Tjøme

Why not take a trip to Southern Norway? Many people already know about the lovely nature of the Northern and the Western parts of Norway. We think that the Southern parts are underestimated, as there are many hidden treasures here.
The video starts up at Konglungen in Asker, then moves forward to the city Sandvika in Bærum, where the oldest scheduled wooden ferry Rigmor takes its journeys to many islands in the Oslo Fjord. Watch the sea life with all the boats and other ferries in the Oslo Fjord, watch Oslo City hall, Akershus Fortress and Oslo Opera House from the sea side. Also, take a trip to the Fram Polar Ship Museum lying just beside the Norwegian Maritime Museum, go on board on the Fram Polar Ship, and also feel the essence of life underneath the ice level in the North Pole!
The large cruise boats from Color Line are sailing from Kiel to Oslo and vice versa. Also, other large cruiseships are sailing here. There are other car ferries are sailing to Oslo too, like Stena Line from Frederikshavn, and DFDS from Copenhagen. Expect a lovely view from the sundeck on these ships, and enjoy the views of e.g. Oscarsborg Fortress, Drøbak city, and a lot of the islands and peninsulas in the Oslo Fjord.
The video also shows the very southern parts of Norway, like Søgne outside Kristiansand. The lovely marina at Trysnes offers fishing and nice sea life for their visitors. We filmed under water with our GoPro camera, and you can look at crabs, jellyfish and some of other sea creatures as well.
Then finally the video takes you to the island Tjøme, and The End of Earth (Verdens Ende), where you may look at the very special archipelaog of smooth rocks. In 2012, the famous photographers Peter Farago and Ingela Klemetz-Farago in collaboration with Chanel had their outdoor exhibition Northern Women in Chanel. The video is produced on private interest for local tourist destination marketing, so we had no contract before making it.
When we make videos with contracts, we make sure we have a good plan and manuscript, based on what the customers want. We will also make sure that people who are participating in the videos look their best, and that the result will be good.
So why not go to Norway in your next vacation? Southern Norway has a lot to offer. Sea life, multiple beaches, fishing and diving amongst others. Experience the wonderful archipelagos along the coastline, or stay in the cities for sightseeing, dining and shopping.
