    Ellough is a village and civil parish in the Waveney district, in the English county of Suffolk, located approximately 3 miles south-east of Beccles. The area is sparsely populated with a mid-2005 population estimate of 40. Neighbouring villages include North Cove, Weston, Sotterley and Henstead. The parish council operates to administer jointly the parishes of Shadingfield, Willingham St Mary, Sotterley and Ellough.The village was the site of a Second World War airfield built in 1943 and operated today as Beccles Airport. Part of the former airfield is used as a kart racetrack and as an industrial estate, including the main production site of local printing firm William Clowes Ltd. The village itself is dispersed and has few services.

    Foxhall is a civil parish in the Suffolk Coastal district of Suffolk, England a few miles east of Ipswich. It is adjacent to the parishes of Kesgrave to the north, Martlesham to the northeast, Brightwell to the east, Purdis Heath to the south and the borough of Ipswich to the west. The three parishes of Brightwell, Foxhall and Purdis Heath have a common council. The 2001 population was 151 persons in 57 households according to the census, the population having increased at the 2011 Census to 200.Foxhall was recorded in the Domesday Book as Foxehola. The history and meaning of the name Foxhall and many other place-names in the parish are studied in a paper by Briggs.     Mildenhall Stadium is a speedway and Stock car racing venue located in Mildenhall, Suffolk between Cambridge and Norwich. It was a Greyhound Board of Great Britain regulated greyhound racing track until the racing ended in January 2018.The stadium has a Race View Restaurant and a fish and chip shop as well as the Fen Men bar licensed bar. There is a second licensed bar underneath the home straight grandstand. Speedway is held on Sundays .
