SLIDE & SPLASH, MAIS DE 30 ANOS DE AVENTURA
Inaugurado a 10 de Junho de 1986, o Slide & Splash tem sido considerado um dos melhores e maiores parques aquáticos do país e da Europa.
Com uma área total de 7 hectares, o parque tem ao dispor muitos divertimentos aquáticos para todos os gostos e idades, bem como áreas com relva ou espreguiçadeiras, espaços com espectáculos de animais, massagens e fish spa, vários locais de restauração e uma loja.
O Slide & Splash garante ao visitante a melhor diversão possível, sempre com as máximas condições de segurança, higiene e conforto, em conformidade com o decreto de lei nº 5/97 de Março, que regula a actividade dos parques aquáticos em Portugal.

SERVIÇOS
CACIFOS/COFRES
O parque dispõe de cacifos/cofres para uso individual.
Para utilizar os cacifos deverá adquirir uma ficha de 5,00€+10,00€ de depósito (reembolsável na entrega da pulseira).
ACESSO PARA INCAPACITADOS
O parque está preparado para receber pessoas com dificuldades motoras.
As que utilizam cadeiras de rodas aptas para andar na água podem usufruir da Laguna (piscina de natação) ou do Tropical Paradise (área das crianças), os quais dispõem de rampa de acesso.
ALUGUER DE ESPREGUIÇADEIRAS
O parque dispõe de um serviço de aluguer de espreguiçadeiras, para todo o dia:
- 2 brancas pelo valor de 5€
- 2 cinzentas com chapéu de sol de palha pelo valor de 15€
ALUGUER DE CHAPÉUS DE SOL
Para alugar o chapéu de sol deverá pagar 5€+5€ de depósito (reembolsável na entrega do guarda-sol).
PERDIDOS E ACHADOS
No caso de perder algum objeto durante a sua visita ao parque, dirija-se à Receção.
RESTAURAÇÃO
O parque dispõe de 6 pontos de restauração, com comida leve e rápida.
PRIMEIROS SOCORROS
O Slide & Splash dispõe de um serviço de Primeiros Socorros com a presença de um enfermeiro permanente.
ESTACIONAMENTO
O Slide & Splash dispõe de parque automóvel gratuito.
FOTOS DE LEMBRANÇA
Existe uma empresa dentro do parque que presta serviço fotográfico, registando os melhores momentos da sua visita e permitindo que se divirta descontraidamente.
RESTRIÇÕES
Não é permitida a entrada de vidros ou outros objectos cortantes.
Não é permitido nas piscinas e escorregas a utilização de fios, anéis, pulseiras, relógios, brincos, óculos, telemóveis e câmaras tipo Action Cam (excepto nos escorregas de bóia, mas terá que estar segura por bandas elásticas próprias de peito ou cabeça).
Não é permitida a entrada de bolas.
Não é permitido trazer animais (excepto cães-guia).

ACCESS FOR THE DISABLED
The park is prepared to receive disabled persons.
Those who use wheelchairs suitable for water can enjoy the Laguna (swimming pool) or Tropical Paradise (children's area), which have access ramps.

We have a sun loungers all day rental service:
- 2 white for 5,00€
- 2 gray with straw sun shade for 15,00€
SUN SHADES RENTAL
We have a sun loungers rental service. Price 5,00€ + 5,00€ (deposit).
LOST & FOUND
In the case of losing some object during your stay in the Park, please go to the Reception.
FOODS AND BEVERAGES
In the Park you will find restaurants and cafes where you can take your meals with maximum convenience.
FIRST AID
Slide &Splash has a first-aid service with the presence of a permanent nurse.
FREE CAR PARKING
During your stay you can leave your vehicle in the car park situated next to the entrance of the Slide & Splash, free for visitors.
It is not allowed to bring animals, except guide dogs.

Slide and Splash - Best Water Park in The Algarve, Lagoa Portugal
There are plenty of water park options in The Algarve region of Portugal, but Slide and Splash is among the best - if not THE BEST in the immediate area. Aqualand is nearby, but it hardly matches the atmosphere or excitement of SnS.
Zoomarine is another good one, just outside of Albufeira, but that's more of a marine park - as you get dolphins, shows, a Ferris wheel and other activities, man geared towards younger children.
For pure water park action - Slide and Splash is your game.
That said, the lines are long at the height of summer, so be prepared. Especially for the newer attractions, such as this year's new attraction - The Wave.
To take up some time while not waiting on line, there are bird shows, reptile shows and other entertainment available, including plenty of places to eat - including the eight dollar hot dog.
Not allowed to take cameras on the ride, so here you get more of a tour, not the sliding excitement. They wouldn't even let me on the slides with my St. Christopher chain around my neck. Soft.

Quinta Dos Vales Winery Portugal
We went to this winery in Southern Portugal and took a tour along with a tasting. The grounds are covered with sculptures made by the vineyard owner. The tour was great and Duarte, our sommelier, gave us the most thorough tasting experience!

Situated on the coastline of Porches parish, in the Algarve, Praia Nova has a long sandy beach.
Access is by a staircase in a recess of the cliff, in the central area of the beach. This beach is sheltered by cliffs, with special interest to the east cliff where the Fort and the Chapel of Our Lady of the Rock are found. In this same cliff, there is a tunnel excavated in the rock that connects this beach with the Praia da Senhora da Rocha, commonly called Fisherman's Beach.

Do you know a paradise called Lagoa? Allow me to introduce you to a tourism project specific for Lagoa (Algarve, Portugal).
Ideias do Levante (ideiasdolevante.net, a non-profit cultural association) and Estorninho.biz (estorninho.biz, a creative freelancer), have joined forces to create a project to promote tourism in the Municipality of Lagoa. The project is called visitLAGOA, and can be reached at facebook.com/visitlagoa.info and/or at its official Web site visitlagoa.info .
It is expected that this project could become a modern and appealing visiting card highlighting Lagoa as one of the top tourist destinations in Portugal, uncovering its incredible tourism potential. Another expected goal is that this project could become an auxiliary tool to promote local/traditional commerce.
The project shares/provides several photographic records of the 54 indentified beaches within the Municipality of Lagoa as well as their location and name. Moreover, the project aims to help preserve local history/heritage, since the names of many wild beaches were at risk of disappearing from popular knowledge/memory.
We are convinced of the potential of this project, and we want to share its success with you.
