Hå is a municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. It is the southernmost municipality in the traditional district of Jæren. The administrative centre of the municipality is the village of Varhaug. Other villages in Hå include Brusand, Hæen, Nærbø, Obrestad, Ogna, Sirevåg, and Vigrestad. The 258-square-kilometre municipality is the 296th largest by area out of the 422 municipalities in Norway. Hå is the 63rd most populous municipality in Norway with a population of 18,800. The municipality's population density is 75.9 inhabitants per square kilometre and its population has increased by 24.7% over the last decade.

    Ogna is a village in Hå municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. The village is located immediately north of the village of Sirevåg on the shores of the Ognaelva river. The village was the administrative centre of the historic municipality of Ogna. The village is the site of Ogna Station, a railway station along the Sørlandet Line.The 0.31-square-kilometre village has a population of 360, giving the village a population density of 1,161 inhabitants per square kilometre .Ogna is the site of the centuries-old Ogna Church. The little church, which dates back to the Middle Ages, was restored and added to after a fire in 1991. It is often open in the summer for visitors.
