Holtwood, Pennsylvania is a village in Martic Township, Lancaster County, in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. Holtwood is the site of the Muddy Run Pumped Storage Hydroelectric Power Plant , along the Susquehanna River. It pumps water into a reservoir during off-peak hours and uses that water to generate electricity during peak demand hours; it produces over 1,000 megawatts of power.

Drone: Rockville Bridge carries trains over the Susquehanna River in Marysville, Pa.

The Rockville Bridge in Marysville, Pa., is the longest stone masonry arch railroad bridge in the world. The bridge is more than 105 years old and spans the Susquehanna River just north of Harrisburg, the Pa. capital city. It is made of 220,000 tons of stone that took 800 workers two years to build under the direction of William Henry Brown, chief engineer of the Pennsylvania Railroad. Construction began in 1900 and cost $975,150. The bridge opened March 30, 1902. Each of the 48 arches measured 70 feet long. It carries four tracks 52 feet above the Susquehanna's low-water mark and is 3,820 feet long. The piers and spandrels are filled with concrete. Construction also included 600,000 barrels of cement.
