Flight over Wicklow

Newcastle Aerodrome is located in county Wicklow in class G airspace. The aerodrome boasts a 690M grass runway that is usable all year round. Ample aircraft parking, great food and many stories make Newcastle Aerodrome a great place to visit! Mullingar to Dublin in 3 minutes
This short video was shot with a Canon G9 compact digital camera fixed to the wing mirror of a car doing a journey between Mullingar and Dublin on the N4 and M4 in Ireland. The video is an experiment to test the quality of the Stop-Frame function in demanding circumstances (the car was travelling at speeds of 120km plus for 1 hour and 10 minutes). The camera compressed the Ihr journey into a 2.5 minute AVI clip which was load up unedited here.
