Zaanse Schans is een wijk in Zaandam, nabij Zaandijk, Nederland. Het is vooral bekend om zijn verzameling goed bewaard gebleven historische windmolens en huizen. Van 1961 tot 1974 werden oude gebouwen uit de hele Zaanstreek verplaatst met lowboy-aanhangwagens naar het gebied. Het Zaans Museum, gevestigd in 1994 nabij de eerste windmolen Zaanse Schans, ligt ten zuiden van de wijk. De Zaanse Schans ontleende zijn naam aan de rivier de Zaan en zijn oorspronkelijke functie als schans tegen de Spaanse troepen tijdens de Tachtigjarige Oorlog van de Nederlandse onafhankelijkheid. Het is een van de populaire toeristische attracties van Nederland en een ankerpunt van de Europese Route van Industrieel Erfgoed (ERIH). De wijk trok in 2014 ongeveer 1,6 miljoen bezoekers. Het wordt bediend door het station Zaandijk Zaanse Schans, op 10 minuten afstand van het centraal station van Amsterdam. De Zaanse Schans herbergt zeven musea waaronder het Wevers Huis, het Zaan Tijd Museum, de Albert Heijn Museumwinkel en het bakkerijmuseum.
Zaanse Schans is a neighbourhood of Zaandam, near Zaandijk, Netherlands. It is best known for its collection of well-preserved historic windmills and houses. From 1961 to 1974 old buildings from all over the Zaanstreek were relocated using lowboy trailers to the area. The Zaans Museum, established in 1994 near the first Zaanse Schans windmill, is located south of the neighbourhood. Zaanse Schans derived its name from the river Zaan and its original function as sconce (schans in Dutch) against the Spanish troops during the Eighty Years' War of Dutch independence. It is one of the popular tourist attractions of the Netherlands and an anchor point of the European Route of Industrial Heritage (ERIH). The neighbourhood attracted approximately 1.6 million visitors in 2014. It is served by Zaandijk Zaanse Schans railway station, 10 minutes away from Amsterdam Centraal station. The Zaanse Schans houses seven museums — the Weavers House, the Cooperage, the Jisper House, Zaan Time Museum, Albert Heijn Museum Shop and the Bakery Museum.

The Zaan is a small river in the province of North-Holland in the northwestern Netherlands and the name of a district through which it runs. The river was originally a side arm of the IJ bay and travels 10 kilometers through the municipality of Zaanstad (Zaan City) north of Amsterdam, from West-Knollendam in the north to Zaandam in the south, where it empties into the IJ.
The municipality of Zaanstad and several towns along the Zaan are named for the river: Koog aan de Zaan, Westzaan, Oostzaan, Zaandijk and the city of Zaandam. The river also runs past the Zaanse Schans, a village with historic windmills and houses. It is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the Netherlands.

Le Zaanse Schans est l'une des destinations touristiques les plus populaires des Pays-Bas. Moulins à vent
Un millier de moulins à vent bordaient jadis les rives du Zaan. Six ont résisté à l'épreuve du temps : deux moulins à huile, un moulin à moutarde, un moulin à peinture et deux moulins à scier. La visite de ces vestiges du passé est une expérience inoubliable.
Musées

Boutiques et corps de métiers traditionnels
Le Zaanse Schans vous propose de découvrir d'anciens corps de métiers traditionnels. Fabrication de sabots, peinture sur bleu de Delft, fonte d'étain et fabrication de fromage. Les bâtiments chargés d'histoire du Zaanse Schans abritent des boutiques où vous pourrez acheter du textile, de la céramique, du fromage, de la moutarde, des sabots, des cartes postales et de nombreux autres souvenirs de votre séjour aux Pays-Bas, dans la région du Zaan.
Restaurants et cafés
Pourquoi ne pas profiter de votre passage dans le Zaanse Schans pour déjeuner ou dîner dans le restaurant « De Hoop op d'Swarte Walvis » voire pour avaler un repas léger ou déguster les crêpes du restaurant « De Kraai » ? Outre de délicieuses friandises, le café du Zaans Museum offre une vue imprenable sur le polder Kalverpolder et les moulins à vent qui bordent le Zaan.

Mieszkanie w Holandii - OTTO Work Force
Na filmiku widać mieszkanie jakie firma OTTO Work Force wynajmuje swoim pracownikom w miejscowości Diemen koło Amsterdamu. W takim właśnie mieszkaniu firma OTTO chciała umieścić pracownika w Holandii. Jednak nagrano i pokazano w jakich warunkach trzeba tam mieszkać. Ten Hotel OTTO znajduje się w miejscowości Diemen obok Amsterdamu, w niezbyt bezpiecznej dzielnicy, składającej się tzw. osiedla socjalnego dla wszelkiego rodzaju elementu. Jest to blok zbudowany z blaszanych kontenerów jak i całe osiedle. W każdym kontenerze znajdują ciasne 2 osobowe pokoje. Z takie jedno miejsce w ciasnym pokoju firmie OTTO trzeba płacić 320 Euro na miesiąc, za cały pokój 640 Euro!!!
W pokoju, w którym lokowano nie było miejsca na nic, materace zaszczane, łóżka stare zardzewiałe, podłoga mokra jakby po powodzi, wykładzina zarzygana, zimna woda w umywalce, brak pościeli, szafa połamana, ściany oplute i pomazane, grzyb na suficie który szkodzi zdrowiu.
Mieszkanie miało być na 6 osób, w kuchni mogło by się zmieścić góra 2 osoby, łazienki i ubikacji nie opisuję. Poza tym pracownika wprowadzano do zalanego kontenera, bez prądu, sprawnej toalety, ciepłej wody, zerwanymi podłogami, grzybem wszędzie, stęchlizną, smrodem itp. !!!
Tak właśnie wygląda zakwaterowanie w Holandii przez firmę OTTO. Totalny wyzysk ludzi. Nigdzie nie można się poskarżyć, masz mieszkać bulić krocie i tyle. Powinien się tym zająć jak najszybciej Sanepid i inne służby.
