MSC Armonia Crashes in Roatan Quantum of the Seas Moving to Singapore Norwegian Sun Updates Looks like the MSC Armonia wiped out a pier on Roatan today at about 1 mile per hour. The Quantum of the Seas is being moved in Nov 2019 to Singapore from Shanghai. Free Drink Packages are now being offered by a few cruise lines to stir up business.
