    The House of Taga is an archeological site located near San Jose Village, on the island of Tinian, United States Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, in the Marianas Archipelago. The site is the location of a series of prehistoric latte stone pillars which were quarried about 4,000 feet south of the site, only one of which is left standing erect due to past earthquakes. The name is derived from a mythological chief named Taga, who is said to have erected the pillars as a foundation for his own house.

    Fort Nuestra Senora de la Soledad is a fortification near Umatac, Guam. Built by the Spanish probably between 1802 and 1819, it was the fourth of four fortifications that protected an anchorage for galleons transiting between Acapulco, Mexico and the Philippines, a route that fell out of use in 1815 with Mexican independence. The fort has been damaged by treasure-hunters; it was made into a park following World War II. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.

    Suicide Cliff is a cliff above Marpi Point Field near the northern tip of Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands, which achieved historic significance late in World War II. Also known as Laderan Banadero, it is a location where thousands of Japanese civilians and soldiers committed suicide by jumping to their deaths in 1944 in order to avoid capture by the United States, as Japanese propaganda emphasized brutal treatment of Japanese such as American mutilation of Japanese war dead. Many Japanese feared the American devils raping and devouring Japanese women and children. The precise number of suicides there is not known.     The Plaza de España, located in central Hagåtña, the capital of the United States territory of Guam, was the location of the Governors Palace during the island's long period of Spanish occupation. Most of the palace was destroyed during the shelling of Hagåtña during the reconquest of Guam in World War II. There are three structures still standing including the three-arch gate to Almacen , the azotea or back porch, and the Chocolate House. The plaza was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
