The Les Gorges de la Carança trail can't be considered a very difficult hike. You won't encounter very steep uphills or downhills, but there are places on the way like huge rocks that you need to go over, a very loose hanging bridge with some ladder to come down and the most extreme part of the route - the path that goes along the steep cliff. So be sure to be wearing comfortable clothes and shoes without caring any heavy weight and probably grab a pair of hiking poles for help. We were doing this trail in the middle of October and would highly recommend to hike there in autumn when the leaves start to turn yellow, it creates a different atmosphere and we just love autumn. But you can obviously go there in any season, just be aware that in winter it might be closed due to the weather conditions and we woudn't recommend going there in snowy weather anyway, it can be very dangerous. The hike will take you around 4 hours to complete depending a lot on your physical abilities, amount of breaks, etc.

Camping Le Haut Salat *** [FULL HD]
FR : Le camping Le Haut Salat *** est situé à 500m du village de Seix, en Ariège (09), dans les Pyrénées.
Ouvert en toutes saisons, il dispose de 136 emplacements pour les campeurs, les caravanes ou les camping-cars, et propose la location de mobil-homes. Ombragé ou semi-ombragé, entouré de champs et de bois, avec vue sur la montagne proche, Le Haut Salat *** est idéalement situé pour les activités natures (randonnées montagne, canoë, raft, VTT, équitation, pêche, parapente, etc...) ou tout simplement pour le repos et la détente. Une partie du terrain est bordée par la rivière le Salat, fort appréciée des pêcheurs de truites.
Au carrefour des différentes vallées environnantes, vous serez en quelques minutes au départ des sentiers de randonnées. Vous pourrez également profiter de nombreuses visites touristiques (châteaux, grottes, artisanats, parc animaliers, etc...)
Le camping Le Haut Salat *** propose de nombreux services et prestations :

Op het kruispunt van de valleien Haut Salat, Eston en Aulus, is het de ideale plek voor activiteiten in de natuur, sport en cultuur of gewoon om uit te rusten en te ontspannen.
De pluspunten van de Camping :
-Animatie voor volwassenen, jongeren en mini-kinderclub in het hoogseizoen (9/07 tot 20/08). (ping-pong toernooi, petanquewedstrijd, speciale jongerenavonden vrijdagsavonds, barbecueavonden georganiseerd door kampeerders voor kampeerders, enz)
