Mattawa is a town in northeastern Ontario, Canada on Algonquin Nation land at the confluence of the Mattawa and Ottawa Rivers in Nipissing District. Mattawa means Meeting of the Waters in Algonquin language. Etienne Brulé and Samuel de Champlain were the first Europeans to pass through this area.

It has an area of 25.5 square kilometres and is about 14 kilometres west of Mattawa, Ontario, Canada. It is administered by Ontario Parks, which classifies it as a natural environment park. This park is popular in the summer with campers, providing many recreational activities such as canoeing, swimming, hiking, wildlife viewing, and other family activities.
